She was extremely responsive, communicative, and took the time to explain help me learn about my Aussie. Mary did an incredible job gently cleaning my girl's overgrown undercoat out without rushing the process. You can tell she truly cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the animals she works with. She also took extra precautions with my Aussie's sensitive hips, which meant a lot to me. She looks healthier, happier, and so much more comfortable. Her coat is soft and beautiful --plus she smells amazing. Highly recommend Mary if you're looking for someone experienced, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring with your pets.

The address published in Yelp was used on Google maps, it took me to a empty street, which made us feel uncomfortable. Several calls were made to the provided phone "business" number, to no avail. I had to drive 27 miles from my home to King city, which I regret. It was an awful experience, obviously I do not recommend this business at all.

Amazing experience from first contact!! I am a passionate dog rescuer. I have rescued countless (in…read morethe hundreds) of dogs from high kill Bay Area shelters over the past couple of decades. I even founded and ran my own rescue organization many years ago (Tails of Love), and my focus was rescuing the dogs who were dumped and then overlooked by adopters and other rescues (DOGS: Discarded and Overlooked Get Saved). Now I have a gifted child who is also neurodivergent and has significant sensory processing issues, OCD, and accompanying severe anxiety. I needed an "ideal" dog to train as a service dog, and since he will eventually be in school with her for many years, he has to be a low-shedding breed. I looked and looked in my networks and couldn't find a suitable candidate. I finally turned to RW&D, and I cannot find the words to adequately express what a dream our whole experience has been!!! Our tiny puppy is perfect, and already great with the potty training. We can't wait to start our service dog training when little Griffin (formerly San Luis Obispo from the Surf's Up litter) is old enough. I still believe wholeheartedly in adopting from shelters or rescues, but this experience opened my mind. Sometimes there's a need to buy, and if you are going that route, do not look further. Even if you have to wait, it's worth it! Hillarie and Warren are amazing. Take it from me. I rail and rage against the endless backyard breeders, and I can confidently state that this is not a backyard breeder. This is ethical, extremely conscientious and passionate breeding!

Dave is one of a kind. He speaks "dog". I say this because he is our saving grace. We rescued a dog…read moreearlier this year who came with no training and had leash aggression. We tried obedience classes, 2 different trainers and implementing a variety of strategies I researched online... nothing worked. These habits continued and I was very overwhelmed by the future with my dog. I dreaded walks and driving with him. I was desperate to find some effective help. That's where Dave comes in (shout out to Mary at Bit O'Blarney Grooming services for referring him- best groomer around). Dave instilled confidence in myself as my dog's leader. I became/am becoming who my dog needed because of Dave. He made me confident in my delivery of every day training. Within 2 weeks, it clicked for my dog. We have learned how to communicate and successfully pass dogs on leash. We still have training to do, but the improvement I have seen has been amazing!! I have never met a trainer who cares so much about your dog and your concerns. He goes above and beyond to provide owners with the tools necessary to train at home... he even encouraged me to text him updates/questions outside of the session! He quickly responded to my questions which was so helpful when continuing to train in between our meetings. I'm so grateful to have met Dave and have him share part of his wisdom with me. If you've learned about Dave's program, you're very lucky and should reach out ASAP. You will not regret it. He is incredibly wise, caring, and does an excellent job coaching owners and dogs. Dave, thank you for all that you've done and all that you will do. Words can't express how grateful I am to have finally found a trainer with effective approaches that truly cares. You've truly impacted my dog in such a short period!
