Lindsey, Jerome and the rest of the team are amazing. I have to give a shout out to Helen who is a reliable, competent professional. She will take great care of your pet(s). Every aspect of the experience has been phenomenal, and the pricing can't be beat. The online scheduler is easy to use as well. Finally, the communication has been excellent. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing service! Everyone was so kind and understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment. 10/10 would recommend!!

I Highly recommend, they had excellent service and were very attentive to our needs! Will be using them again!

Relax with these professionals! I was so worried about getting excellent (and affordable) care for my two senior cats during a Holiday trip. Luckily, I contracted Puppy Luv Pet services who fed, changed the litter, took care of snafus with building access, and actually liked my stodgy fur babies. Sam and Tish were careful, cheerful, kept me in the loop and took pictures that were wonderfully welcome. I will not hestitae to hire them again. read more

Puppy Luv Pet Services - Pepe after a fresh groom by Greg! - Dog Walkers Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

I will preface this review by saying I do not trust anyone easily with my furry family member..From day one, Lindsay and her team have gone above and beyond to gain our trust. Whether by sending updated pictures and videos or simply with a call to say all was well, every connection was very much appreciated. I would without hesitation recommend Puppy Luv to anyone in the market for pet needs. They are simply outstanding! read more

Ok so I do not like going to PetsMart for anything...especially for grooming. Too many bad experiences and pricey. However, I am so sad that I had to move from the building i lived in because Puppy Luv would go every Saturday and do dog grooming by appointment only. I feel so bad that I forgot the owners name, but she was so nice, helpful and out going. My dog doesn't just go with anyone. And when i dropped of my baby girl, she shivered a little but they told me she stopped after like 3 minutes. So that made me feel a lot better. I was also worried on how she will do with other dogs, and they told me she did great with them...phhew!! Thank goodness!! They told me my dog stayed still the entire time and was well behaved. They did everything I asked for. My dog also smelled sooooo good omgoodness! If i still lived in that building i would've definitely kept going there and i highly recommend them for any dog grooming! read more

We were going out of town and needed to secure car sitting services in a pinch. Booking with PuppyLuv was easy and we had a great experience. They organized excellent care service for our cats (we were able to set up a schedule of daily check ins, playtime, feeding and litter box cleanings twice a day in a cat sitting bundle). We appreciated every update and photo after each visit. Looking forward to booking with puppy luv again for our next travels. read more

A fantastic dog walking and pet sitting company. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable about pets, and their owners, but is very responsive to any questions or requests you may have. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

I can't say enough great things about Lindsey and her Puppy Luv Company!! She helped me out in a pinch and kept my fury boys while I was away for my son's wedding. I got daily pictures and updates. When I picked them up they smelled better than when I dropped them off. Thank you Lindsey and Puppy Luv!! read more

Amazing & caring staff ! Lindsay and her team really care about dogs and their wellbeing

We have been using Puppy Luv for daily walks for our puppy Rambo. We have nothing but good things to say about Puppy Luv. From our first meeting with Lindsey, we were impressed by how open and communicative she was, making sure that our questions were answered and mitigating any concerns we may have had. When leaving your pup and home in someone else's hands, trust is important, and Puppy Luv has shown this from the get-go. We receive a daily email with pictures that update us on how Rambo did on his walk. Our walker is Lindesy and she has been nothing but professional. She's very kind and we can tell she really cares for Rambo. She has gone above and beyond what we could have asked for in a dog walker, even replacing the little ring on our pup's collar tags when they fell off while she was walking Rambo. Highly recommend Puppy Luv! read more

This place is a joke. They missed my dog's appointment for grooming and made it clear they could care less. Instead of making it as easy as possible for me for their screw up or at least showing some remorse for making this mistake, they offered the bare minimum of a grooming appointment in DC during the week when I live in Arlington. Make matters worse, I'm traveling and will be gone for several weeks, so my dog who needed to be groomed will have to wait until after - all because of their oversight. I wish they had just done beyond what was the least amount of inconvenience for them and instead of blaming it on my front desk, took ownership and apologizing. Really poor service - in their screw ups and how they try to make it right. Beware at all costs, if you can. read more

Puppy luv is the perfect name for the service this company provides. I recently visited the Dc metro area on business and my 4 legged road manager accompanied me. At first I was hesitant to try this service due to the fact that my Dog isn't a puppy but rather an 80lbs yellow lab they cleared up my confusion quickly an informed me they service all shapes and sizes. I called them short notice and they accommodated my schedule and even though I was a first time client they treated my dog as though they knew him forever. He almost didn't want to return to me lol. Thank you guys for the service you provide my buddy truly misses you guys already. read more

I have been using Puppy Luv for a few months now and the service has been wonderful! The app is super convenient to book appointments and Lindsey is always flexible and responsive, even with last minute walks. You get a notification when the walk is beginning and ending and Lindsey always sends a pic of my pups along the walk, which I love. Would definitely recommend!! read more

We moved to the area back in March, and found the Puppy Luv operated a dog S'paw in our building. After sending our dogs to another boarding spot in the area they did not smell great. That Monday I noticed that the S'paw was open and walked down with our dogs to see if they could fit them in. Lindsey was very accommodating and said they could not fit them in right then, but could later in the afternoon. The dogs enjoyed their bath and no more funky kennel smell! Since then we have used them to groom our dogs a few times. Recently, we went out of town and did not want to send the dogs back to the boarding spot we had previously used. When the dogs were getting groomed I noticed that they will watch your dog in your apartment. We decided to take them up on this service. My wife had never met Lindsey or her staff, so my wife asked if they could take pictures of the dogs every time they went out. Being the abiding husband I asked Lindsey if they would mind taking pictures. Fortunately, Lindsey was very understanding and accommodating of my request. Making my wife happy thus making my life and trip happy. read more

What an amazing service! I can't express enough gratitude for Puppy Luv and Greg (our preferred groomer)! Greg is super detail oriented and always has our pup looking his best! Not to mention it never takes long. Will definitely be back! read more

I don't ever review places but my puppy is my baby and I care when she isn't treated right. I had an appointment for last Monday at 11 that had to be rescheduled due to the grooming staff feeling sick. Totally understandable during this time. I got a call saying that they would need to reschedule it to the following Monday at 11. All is well right? Nope. My puppy was not picked up till 3:00. When I called to complain they said since THEY had to reschedule they had to fit her in since the 11 time slot was already taken. I spent $10 to have an appointment and expected to be seen at that time. They could have said that she would not have an appointment when they called to reschedule and give me my money back. When I got my puppy back she was still wet and her paws were black. This was her first grooming experience and I don't think I will be using puppy luv again. read more

I don't like to write reviews, but as a dog owner I know its hard to trust people with pets. So I wanted to personally thank Puppy Luv for saving me when I was in a jam. I work in New York City and have a wonderful dog walking service that takes care of my Fidel (chihuahua) when I work long hours. Recently I had to spend a week in D.C for work and wanted to bring Fidel with me. A friend recommended Puppy Luv because they knew that Billie, the owner, owned a chihuahua as well and might be a good fit. I emailed Billie from Puppy Luv to see if she would work with us for our quick stay in D.C and she obliged. I must admit, I am not a easy person when it comes to my dog. I asked if before we went through with the week service, if she could meet Fidel first that Sunday before I began work that Monday. She met me at the hotel and was gracious and kind with Fidel. When I noticed they hit it off, I decided to move forward with Puppy love. Not only did I get up to date information on Fidel, she took pictures of him walking so that I would be at ease. In addition, she sent me an text at the end of the walk to let me know how his walk went. I am not sure if I will be back in D.C again, but I am I know Fidel will be in good hands. read more

I recently went on vacation and left my two pups in the very reliable care of Puppy Luv. I was very pleased with Lindsey's initial meet and greet and how she interacted with the dogs. I knew she would be an excellent caretaker. Looking forward to working with Puppy Luv again in the near future. read more

I just wanted to post some additional love to the folks at Puppy Luv - they are amazing and I will always go to them!

Wow. Super job. Our mini poodles needed some cleaning up and they look great. Especially their feet...they hate that being done! They were also done on time. Our boys can get a little anxious about grooming but they were so happy when they came home! Thank you! read more

Great Company and easy to work with. My dog never used to like getting baths, but with Puppy Luv she did great!

UPDTAE: Here is the response from the business. Not competent even with the response. Admin Puppy Luv 3:40 PM No, if you read the yelp review I agree with her. We wouldn't groom her dog because it's leg was broken it was too old. I also looked at her other yelp reviews and they were all negative. It's best just to back away from her. I'll probably respond on yelp. ____________________________________________________ The most awful experience I have had in 9 years having my dog. My dog is a rescue and has a lame leg. He is totally normal and does not even know he has a bad leg (he was hit by a car when he lived on the streets.) He runs faster than me and is as happy as he can be. We made an appointment for grooming at Puppy Luv for this morning. When I walked in, the lady noticed his leg and was looking doubtful. I explained what it was and she said that she was not sure they could cut his hair but they would try. I really thought she was joking - we got dozens of grooming visits in 9 years. I reassured her that she could just ignore it - he is not in any pain and has not been for 9 years. Then they called me 10 minutes later after I drove away saying that they would not perform the service for liability reasons. What liability? He is a healthy dog with an injury from 9 years ago that vets do not even pay attention to because it is a non-issue. I have not felt so horrible about my dog ever - cried on the way home clutching my baby. What a fiasco read more

We started using PuppyLuv last fall when we moved into the Arlington area. Our dog, Walker, was not used to being in an apartment, but PuppyLuv helped him get used to a new lifestyle. Lindsey is not only very friendly, but extremely responsive. The time and attention she gave to Walker was above and beyond my expectations. She even sends daily updates (with pictures). The service provided by Lindsey and her team at PuppyLuv are exceptional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their furry friends! read more

I've used Puppy Luv on a number of occasions for baths for my Cavachon, who has a very thick fluffy coat. Lindsey and her team are meticulous and caring and my pup loves them because they take such good care of him. It's a pleasure to work with them. read more

This was the best haircut my two Pomeranians have ever had. They took so much time and effort on them, and mine are NOT easy dogs to work with! I also loved how personal and friendly the employees are. Definitely will use them again! read more

I've used Puppy Luv both as a daily dog walking service and to have them stay in my house when I was out of the country. Trust and communication are vital with a service like this as they are responsible for members of the family who are loved. I have an older Newfie and Puppy Luv was great with her. I received text messages or emails after every dog walk and daily updates when I was out of the country. It was very clear that not only was my dog well taken care of, she was cared about as well. My neighbors even commented that my girl had received excellent care. I will certainly use them again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors. In fact, I already have. Thanks for the great care! read more

I Luv Puppy Luv! I have two senior dogs that do not know they are dogs...well until they see another dog! They are my furry children and my world revolves around them. To say they're high maintenance is an understatement (well...OK, maybe it's me). Needless to say I am very picky about who I trust to leave my dogs with whether it be a vet, groomer, or a dog sitter. So when I recently moved to the DC area I was confident I was never going to be able to travel because I left all of my trusted providers back home. And well I hit the lottery when I met Lindsey from Puppy Luv! I have used their dog sitting, grooming, and walking services. Hands-down this is the best experience I have ever had. Lindsey has the ability to hire amazing staff who love and dote on my dogs as if they were there own! They have provided in-home dog sitting, pick up and drop off grooming service and have even responded to a very last-minute request to feed and walk my dogs when I had to stay late at work! I have never felt more comfortable and confident in the care that has been provided to my dogs as I have with Puppy Luv. They take a great deal of time to get to know me, my babies, and my desires and expectations. I get frequent texts and picture updates without even having to request them. My anxiety level is that the lowest level when I leave my dogs with Puppy Luv because I know they're being treated like a king and queen. Lindsey truly has a knack for this line of work, is skilled in selecting staff that rise to her level, and has provided service above and beyond my very high expectations! I already regret the day that I have to move back home...unless I can convince Puppy Luv and Lindsey to move with me to NM! I am so lucky to have fun Puppy Luv. Thank you for all you do! read more
