Got our Pomeranian here a few months ago and he passed away today. Got him hospitalized and learned he had giardia. Since taking him home he has never been out of the house or around other dogs and transmission is only possible from one dog to another. Vet stated he was asymptomatic since we took him home from puppies for less. We were able to have three beautiful months with him and are devastated by the loss of a puppy who became family. I'm writing this review to emphasize the importance of places such as this business maintaining proper care, cleanliness, and health standards for dogs before they go to their forever homes. Running a business is one thing but this experience has become unfortunately traumatic to our family. read more

My fiancé and I recently just bought a puppy at this location and within 1 week we found out she was diagnosed giadar and anemic well I guess that's very common from dog breeders so we ended keeping her at the vet (vet recommended) because she couldn't maintain her glucose levels and was very dehydrated so we kept her there for three days and she still couldn't maintain her glucose levels by her self so the doctors gave us all this medication to eliminate the worm and feed her with a syringe multiple times a day because she was so lethargic and couldn't do it herself well my fiancé was ready to handle it all she rearranged her work schedule just so we could take her care of her while at home and we wanted her to stay longer for the IVs and fluids that we couldn't do at home but the bills were already at 2000 and we tried emailing the company many times to help us with the bill we just wanted her to get healthy but they never replied to us and we're still waiting for an answer back and now she's not with us anymore we bought her back home for two days and did everything we needed but her body gave up on her she couldn't walk on her own anymore and then we noticed her left eye went completely cloudy and her breathing was so heavy it sounded like when people are taking their last breath and that certain noise you hear when you know they are in pain so we took her to an emergency vet and they gave her sugar water and ivs but she stopped breathing in my fiancés arms so I would never recommend getting a dog from here this place is actually terrible the way they lied to us on paper about everything she was sick before we got her and we did everything they told us to do like get her shots done and don't take her outside and we still ended up without her and I won't be taking this lightly this company will shut down and close all 4 of their stores here in Vegas I will be going to the news about this and will take this to court My only hope is that people will take this into consideration Rip Delilah 2/27/26 - 5/7/26 U were just a baby read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PETS FROM HERE. I made the mistake of buying a puppy from this place and to begin, when I saw the puppy I wanted, they wouldn't let me hold him or play with him until I committed to buying. They continue to push "your puppy can have parasites" blah blah blah but what they don't show you is their Medical records and how much medication they already gave their puppies for parasites. The store is disgusting and my puppy actually came home with a TICK and an ear infection. I didn't want to believe that these pups are not worth buying because of possible issues, because how can I say no to my pup and leave him in that infested disgusting establishment. I'm now 2K in with vet bills because of whatever they do with these poor babies and how neglected and gross the environment they are in is. I know I can and will take legal action, they make you sign all this made up paperwork before you buy (paperwork looks like it was typed up on microsoft word) but please, it hurts because I know there are sweet babies in there who are not at fault but whatever you do, DO NOT BUY PUPPIES HERE. They took advantage of the soft spot in my heart for dogs and sold me a pup with lots of issues. Never again buying, this was the first and last time. Please do yourself the favor and avoid the issues and simply visit this dirty establishment just so you can see for yourself. I'm so happy with my Frenchie. He's a sweetheart. When I welcomed him to my family he had his 1st round of shots, was microchipped, and came with a huge bag of Nulo food and treats. He just recently turned one and there have been no health problems of any kind. I have Trupanion pet insurance for him just in case. Went to their store on 8370 W Cheyenne Ave #105 Las Vegas NV 89129. They have 2 locations. Their puppies looked nice, store was clean. Every store that sells puppies, has a small playpen area where you can play with the puppy to see if you are comfortable with the dog and see how the dog interacts with you. The woman said they didn't offer that. I asked if I can pick up one of the puppies. She told me, "If you pick one up...you have to buy it". I felt this was an awful way to sell puppies, and in general this woman was not friendly. When I was walking out, she said that puppy may not be here if you come back. That policy is awful in my opinion. Went to another pet store that allowed me to play with the puppy in their play pen, and purchased my puppy there. read more
