So I scheduled an appointment and had to cancel for our new dog due to unexpected illness. Cancel was well within the timeframe (over a week before). Whoever responded was very understanding. After he was cleared I reached out via text again to say 'hey could you let me know your availability would love to have you come out'. No response but I got an auto message scheduling me for over a month out during the holidays. That was over a week ago and still no one has contacted me. So I found this place on Yelp, based on reviews, and it being near my home, I decided to give this place try. My baby was beautifully groomed and trimmed as I requested. Her fluffy coat was trimmed down neatly. Her coat felt so soft and she smelled fantastic. She even had her ear points tinted purple for Easter. When I picked her up, she seemed very happy and not a nervous wreck. The place is not big or fancy. More of a casual vibe and situated in a cute open shopping center. When I called about their services, I was told I could bring her right in, which was fantastic because other places were booked. I believe I spoke with Charity at the shop, who was attentive, friendly, and professional in handling my baby. I definitely will use their services again. Small shop, usually only ONE groomer. Lots of turnover in the staff. If she doesn't like your dog, beware, you will end up with a really bad grooming. Many times I'd tell the person who checked me in what I wanted done to my dog, how I wanted them groomed, yet when I picked them up they were darn near completely shaven! Then the excuse would be "oh I thought your dog was (Some other breed other than what my dog is)". WHAT? you can clearly look at my dogs and tell their breed. Many times I had appointments at 10:30AM and my dog wouldn't be ready until nearly 5:00pm. How about first in first out, isn't that why appointments are made? Who knows if food or water was given after your dog is left in a cage all day long. I used this shop because I wanted to support my small local businesses, but nope, never again. I mean you get one bad grooming, it happens, but over and over again, there is a huge problem. So between the bad groomings and appointments that didn't really matter to her, I'll never take my dogs to this place again. Be warned. She doesn't require vaccinations for animals frequenting her business, so something to think about if thats a problem for you. She prefers cash to charge. Probably hiding earnings... seems fishy, not ligit. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with these ladies!! I brought in my moms dog for her first bath/grooming. She's a blue nose pit that we've had since she was 3 days old due to her mom dying so we've bottle fed and become extremely attached to this little baby! Knowing that there can be some weirdness about her breed I knew that so fetch was the place to go! Charity is the sweetest and didn't hesitate to play with our sweet girl! She asked if she could paint her nails and give her earrings! I was stoked to see her and had no hesitation in leaving her there as the trust and kindness felt through the roof! Picked her up a couple hours later and she is THE CUTEST! Although she wasn't super cooperative with her "paw-dicure" they still came out great and I'm not sure we can live without her earrings now that they're on!
