We are so grateful for the referral we got for Charity @ So Fetch. We've been looking for awhile for a new groomer for our 3 year old Westie, Nico. We met a couple (Diane and Ray Underwood) that strongly suggested Charity. This is our 2nd grooming with Charity and we are so pleased. You can tell she loves what she does. She bonded with Nico and she makes him feel comfortable with her. She is a very talented and precise groomer. We get so many comments on his grooming. Thanks Charity for all you do. We appreciate you. read more

We used So Fetch for the first time, for our elderly terrier that has dementia. Charity and her assistant Luca were extrememy gentle and patient with Shadow. Shadow looked amazing and we are so relieved to have found Charity, who we can confidently trust our baby with! Thank you So Fetch! read more

So I scheduled an appointment and had to cancel for our new dog due to unexpected illness. Cancel was well within the timeframe (over a week before). Whoever responded was very understanding. After he was cleared I reached out via text again to say 'hey could you let me know your availability would love to have you come out'. No response but I got an auto message scheduling me for over a month out during the holidays. That was over a week ago and still no one has contacted me. To essentially not respond at all is weird behavior for a business. I used the phone on the website so it was not accidentally a personal line. I waited over a week because my message was on a Saturday and I understand people get busy. Now I can say this was obviously intentional and very unprofessional to not even ask if the date worked with my schedule. Message received. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Great service. Finding a good groomer and one that truly loves animals is hard and I definitely have found it here. They made my dog feel so comfortable, loved, and cared. You can tell that they adore animals! They were patient with him and finished in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely the Best groomers EVER! Charity and Luca are awesome! My grandpups are visiting and the 6 month old Golden doodle had never been brushed or groomed before. His coat was a mess! I was worried that the grooming process could be traumatic for him. Charity was kind and understanding and quickly responded to my texts/concerns. Once she and her assistant, Luca, arrived I instantly knew that my fur babies were in the right hands. Both pups came out looking great but the Golden doodle now looks like a show dog. Very Nice!!!! You know your in the right place when the groomer gets down on the floor to greet your dog. It was Bella's first groom. Only 7Months old. I searched for days to find a good groomer ( there are sooooo many bad stories out there). I was pleased to find So Fetch. They took her right on time, explained to me what was needed and I will be taking Bella there on a regulate basis !! read more

Charity is by far the best groomer EVER!!!! All I ever got in the past were groomers who shaved my dog. Washed, shaved and done. Charity gives so much detail to every fur baby she grooms. She even takes photos of the doggies during holidays. My babies smell good and look so precious when she's finished. You literally won't find a better groomer in town. Plus, she has the kindest heart. A true talent!! read more

So I found this place on Yelp, based on reviews, and it being near my home, I decided to give this place try. My baby was beautifully groomed and trimmed as I requested. Her fluffy coat was trimmed down neatly. Her coat felt so soft and she smelled fantastic. She even had her ear points tinted purple for Easter. When I picked her up, she seemed very happy and not a nervous wreck. The place is not big or fancy. More of a casual vibe and situated in a cute open shopping center. When I called about their services, I was told I could bring her right in, which was fantastic because other places were booked. I believe I spoke with Charity at the shop, who was attentive, friendly, and professional in handling my baby. I definitely will use their services again. Thank you So Fetch for making my fuzz ball a well groomed pup again!!j read more

So Fetch - A before and after shots! Cute!!! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Still my favorite place to get my fur babies groomed. The owner as always is a doll to deal with and my babies always come out groomed just as I ask ! It's nice to have a place where your dog isn't just another $$ sign in the register but a valued part of the businesses family. This time we got the special for winter with a nice puppy cologne ( it wasn't overpowering which was nice) cute bows and their stinky teeth brushed. It was a nice spa day for them while mom and dad got to take some time off. If you are on the fence about what groomer to use ( yes there are cheaper places close by but not the same quality of service ) please go see Charity at So Fetch ! read more

First time trying SO FETCH my poodles came out amazing. Price is at least $ 10 more per dog than what I have been paying and they were there for 5 1/2 hrs but worth it. They look like poodles again. They get groomed every 4 weeks and the last groomer for the last 5/6 times just did Not take the effort & time with them-so the cut was bad, nails sharp & didn't smell clean. Charity AMAZING. FYI: Do have to make appointments around 2 weeks out read more

I will always bring my 3 hairy babies here to Charity!!! I have been bringing my 2 CC powderpuffs and toy poodle here for years and even tho I moved a little further away, it's worth the drive. So Fetch has a new loyal regular, me! I normally take my baby, Nuke, to 2 other local groomers (I've tried 4 total in this area). They're all ok but So Fetch has what the others lack, service and accommodation! PLUS, they're open on Sundays, the others aren't. And Charity (owner) is a lot of fun :) Glad I found! read more

Highly recommend this salon, and she specializes in color art, sometimes if it's a holiday or I'm feeling adventurous I'll let her do whatever she wants on him :) I usually get back a cute pumpkin dog around this time of year!! read more

Charity does such a great job grooming my 2 little dogs. It's easy to make an appointment, and my dogs are usually jittery and scared going places but they absolutely love going to her. I have never used them nor will I ever use them. I just moved into the area and wanted to try a new groomer. I called a week in advance and made an appointment for the following Sunday which was today. Our appointment was at 10 am. I got there a bit early because it was our first time. The door was locked so I figured oh well they open at 10 so I'll wait. Well 10 am rolled around and still no one. I waited until almost 1030 am and and still no one. I tried calling the number and no one answered. Needless to say I will not be returning. This business does not value your time. read more

My babies were so well taken care of here! They look great, smell great and I can tell they were cleaned very well from top to bottom. You can truly tell that the owner loves what she does. Charity is fabulous!!. Like most dog owners I am very choosy about who I leave my beloved dogs with. But I have no worries here! Charity is prompt and very good and what she does. My dogs smell and look great-- and I choose her creative options rather than the traditional grooming. Also, I have a breed that is a little more unique (Chinese Crested) and Charity knows how to groom both hairless and powderpuffs. Her prices are more than reasonable so make sure you tip her!! The shop is adorable and parking is super easy and convenient. What more could you want from a groomer???? You get it all right here!! read more

So Fetch - My little girl, Shampoo after her grooming @ So Fetch. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I couldn't be more impressed with these ladies!! I brought in my moms dog for her first bath/grooming. She's a blue nose pit that we've had since she was 3 days old due to her mom dying so we've bottle fed and become extremely attached to this little baby! Knowing that there can be some weirdness about her breed I knew that so fetch was the place to go! Charity is the sweetest and didn't hesitate to play with our sweet girl! She asked if she could paint her nails and give her earrings! I was stoked to see her and had no hesitation in leaving her there as the trust and kindness felt through the roof! Picked her up a couple hours later and she is THE CUTEST! Although she wasn't super cooperative with her "paw-dicure" they still came out great and I'm not sure we can live without her earrings now that they're on! THANKS SO MUCH for taking care of our baby she had a blast I'm sure read more

Small shop, usually only ONE groomer. Lots of turnover in the staff. If she doesn't like your dog, beware, you will end up with a really bad grooming. Many times I'd tell the person who checked me in what I wanted done to my dog, how I wanted them groomed, yet when I picked them up they were darn near completely shaven! Then the excuse would be "oh I thought your dog was (Some other breed other than what my dog is)". WHAT? you can clearly look at my dogs and tell their breed. Many times I had appointments at 10:30AM and my dog wouldn't be ready until nearly 5:00pm. How about first in first out, isn't that why appointments are made? Who knows if food or water was given after your dog is left in a cage all day long. I used this shop because I wanted to support my small local businesses, but nope, never again. I mean you get one bad grooming, it happens, but over and over again, there is a huge problem. So between the bad groomings and appointments that didn't really matter to her, I'll never take my dogs to this place again. Be warned. She doesn't require vaccinations for animals frequenting her business, so something to think about if thats a problem for you. She prefers cash to charge. Probably hiding earnings... seems fishy, not ligit. read more

My puppy looked so beautiful! Very good prices as well. Unfortunately, my dog came in with a collar, and I didn't realize when I picked him up that he wasn't wearing it. When I came back, they only had the collar and none of the tags, which is very weird and off putting. I paid a lot of money for the tags he had on and they didn't have any thing to say except sorry. read more
