They use excuses about how long it may take to resell the items you have but this is true for most of the items that they have in stock. I mean, come on, it's a collectables store! After today's experience I don't see myself returning there to buy or sell. I used to look online for various items (like model kits, etc.) and once I found something I wanted I'd drive over to Collector's Marketplace to see if they had it in stock first. Got in touch with the shop and gave me a price of $285 + $90+ for shipping. I was shopping around and found a brand new one on eBay for $250 + $22.95 for shipping. This shop kept reaching out for status on purchase to a point where they were nagging me. After committing to a new one, the shop responded "thanks for wasting our time." This is unacceptable behavior and all they care is about closing a sale vs giving right customer service. Avoid this store as their are others out there that provide better service.
