I contacted Heather last week and scheduled an appointment for yesterday, Tuesday the 21st. We agreed on an afternoon appointment and she said she would contact me day of to firm up a time. I sent her my address as requested along with a photo of my dog since she would be getting a bath and summer haircut. I even mentioned that I would like to have my dog on a regular monthly grooming schedule if that would work...I texted her early Tuesday afternoon to confirm that we were still on when I had not heard from her and she did not respond. I then texted her later in the day thinking I'd perhaps gotten the wrong day and again, no response. I then called and left a message for her this morning as our dog is long overdue for a cut, but no answer and no response (now 15 hours later...) I know that this is a busy time for groomers and I respect that unforeseen things come up and plans sometimes need to change. I am flexible and easy to work with and would have been fine rescheduling but she won't even give me the courtesy of a text response or a call back. Not only is this completely unprofessional, it's downright rude. What an absolute disappointment. read more
