She made the whole grooming experience so comfortable and stress-free from the moment we walked in. Gureum is very sensitive dog. After grooming appointments at other places, she would sometimes have diarrhea or refuse to eat because of the stress, so I was always worried about taking her to a new groomer. This time was completely different. When we got home, Gureum ate well, played happily and slept peacefully. Seeing her si relaxed reassured me that she had been treated with genuine care and kindness. Thank you, Grace,, for taking such wonderful care of Gureum. I'm so grateful I found Happy Puppy and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a groomer who truly loves and cares for dogs. We definitely be coming back. All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!!
