I love when Colorado gets a new Asian business with a different Asian delight. Thanks Tropitai for…read moreintroducing Colorado to Taiwanese shaved ice. I've had Japanese and Korean shaved ice before and the Taiwanese version is very different from the others. It's a little thicker and fuller so it feels more than water. But still very delicious. I have had Tropitai in person and takeout. I live roughly 30 minutes away and the way they packed the shaved ice, it was still pretty solid by the time I was home. Everything I have had from here has been delicious. My favorites are the wintermelon shaved ice and the wintermelon tea. I can't remember what fresh milk was but it was delicious. Both are very cooling and perfect after an exhausting stressful day. They're not overly sweet even with the condensed milk. Just right. I finally came in person and it's very homey and reminds me of the warmth at my grandparents with all the figurines. Service is super friendly. It's very clean and there's plenty of seating.

Their foods and offerings are a Gastronomic delight and education!! And I loved the straw which has a pointed edge to punch through the spill proof top, that took me a few moments to figure out, TropiTai foods and offerings were all so new to me, surprisingly so and DELICIOUS!! Of course I became curious asking as many questions (except their names, oops!). I found that the owner Trajan, a young entrepreneur is originally from Colorado, with parents from around the world; wonderful history regarding his family, do ask! Everything item on the menu and historical information was absolutely "Surprising and innovative" I forgot to take notes being enthralled with my drink, a delicious Mango Green Tea!! As my Aspen sat quietly with beckoning glances - SHARING??? What they offer: is a simple, easy to park area, Signage very visible; front door and entrance are all glass which lending to a Sunny "Welcome!" Then the multitude of choices via huge menus!: maybe one of each!!!??? They have many tables (some no time to clean off due to BUSY attending to customers coming and going), nonetheless, there is Free WIFi is one wishes to work. A TV area with GINGA - to have more friends join while having fun and eating the huge portions of delicious fruit made bowls or Green Teas and more. The Menu is impressive for such a small place. Trajan opened TropiTai this past March 2025 and their business is thriving!! I learned so much, BUT, you must go to experience the Asian Delights of Taiwanese shaved ice, Japanese and Korean - Asian experience here in Colorado, so close with ease Thank you Matt for suggesting such a marvelous wonder. These people, Trajan and his imagination and past have brought an incredibly innovative and delightful place to visit and or work while indulging on their creative foods.
