We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Pump It Up Wixom, and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, colorful, and full of energy. We ended up being the last jump session of the day, so we practically had the place to ourselves -- which was such a nice surprise! We chose the open jump (70 minutes for $15 per child, and two parents jump free per paid child). It was perfect for what we wanted -- fun, affordable, and something new for the kids. There were inflatable obstacle courses, slides, and even a little basketball area with hoops. I couldn't stop laughing -- the kids loved seeing us tumble around too . Kendall was so polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our visit. She made sure everything ran smoothly and made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about creating a fun, positive environment for families. The only small thing I'd note is that the vending machines only take cash, so it's good to come prepared if you want drinks or snacks. Overall, it was such a fun, family-friendly spot and a great way to celebrate! Highly recommend for birthdays or just an afternoon of energy-burning fun. read more

I came here over the weekend for a kiddie birthday party and it was adorable! They were extremely clean and don't let you bounce in the bounce houses without socks- they sell some up front in case you forgot yours. Lots of cool options like huge slide, a smaller slide, classic bounce houses, bounce basketball ect. They have a few different rooms and even have toys for kids that are under 3 years old. The room they booked for our party was large enough to seat 50-70 guests easily and all the workers were nice and on top of clean up. It was a little tricky to find but this is such a great spot to hold a birthday party or to just take the kids! Will definitely be back! read more

Kids love it, we have only been here for Birthday Parties but both times the kids 5&7 give it two thumbs up. They give you your own room with the bouncies and a separate room for your party. 2/6/21 Run down place. Dirty bathroom with no paper towel. In the 1st room: the toddler area had broken toys and one tall bouncy slide had broken climbing blocks making it nearly impossible to climb up. Next, the front desk worker came to us and said the 2nd room only had a space heater and there was currently a kerosene leak causing strong fumes. I took my kids (2 and 3) to their open jump. They both were afraid of the inflatables. We left the room within 5 minutes of entering. The kids were screaming and crying. I told the girl at the front desk she looked at me with a nasty look and said no refunds. There are no signs anywhere that says no refunds. I asked her can I have a voucher to come back at another time she said no. I decided to leave instead of arguing with her because both of my kids were still crying. The next day I called to speak to a manager. No one ever called me back. I will never go back. read more

My boys(2-4yrs old) love this place. It's a nice change a pace during the week or weekend regarding activities for them to do where they don't get bored. Very clean, friendly staff, reasonable price and a perfect place for Birthday parties. We will definitely keep coming back! read more

UNSAFE for little ones. Staff is not trained for safety, just turn-on and turn off light, lack of safety warning. Your need to take care of little one all the time. Be ready to LOSE your money, especially for party (deposit is huge), because there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND, No matter WHATEVER happened, you will not able to get a penny back. Not a humanitarian company. The lady over the phone called herself manager, then said need to talk with her boss. Of cause no return call until I called several time. Took my son to play showed up at 5:55 for the 5:40 jump and the sign says they are open until 7. Doors were locked so I called and they said they closed because no one was there at 5:40. If your sign says you are open until 7 then don't be lazy and stay open until 7. OR you are dealing with parents wait a few minutes before you run out. Horribly run! read more

We had a birthday party here. The employees were very nice and let us go in a little early for extra jumping. They also let us borrow some socks for the adults. Adults can Bring socks and jump with the kids, I didn't know that ahead of time and wish I had known. The kids all had a blast. There was an attendant in the inflatables area, when it was time to move to the next room, I had to be the one to scream (it's loud in there) for the kids to get in line to move to the next area.... should have been the attendant doing that. Also the attendant allowed too many kids to climb up the tall slide at once, someone at the top fell, landing on two little girls lower down and they came out crying for several minutes as they got clobbered - one of them was my daughter the bday girl. The attendant should limit the kids climbing up to two at a time. There were like 8 kids at the time one of them fell. While in the second room I had to ask if I could speak with the party coordinator who would be putting out the paper products and balloons I brought. Told them what I had in mind and they put it together, forgot a few things but that's ok. I wish I could have done it myself. We talked about moving my sign down and it didn't get done but there was no time for the photo props I brought anyway. Brought themed paper plates for my party that half of them ended up inside a cabinet, some people wanted cake much later than it was served as they were still eating pizza when the cake was offered. No plates could be found and the coordinator was already on the presents, found them later after party ended. It was chaotic. I'm not sure he guests who wanted cake for any! They marked down the gifts for us but wish I had done it myself, it was so chaotic (kids were not corralled well and they were all over the gifts even taking them out of my daughters hands and passing them around) we have gifts here that were not on the list, I have no idea who they came from so my thank you cards are going to be compromised. People started leaving so I could not watch all of the gift opening as they were saying goodbyes. Also the goodie bags were on a shelf near the door and kids were handling them far earlier than go-home time and it was hard to make sure everyone got one and also we had boys and girls different ones... Overall 3 stars because the staff was nice, and the kids had a lot of fun. Helpful tips- the party spent too much time in the jumpy areas (kids were ready to move to the next room) and not enough for the pizza cake and presents. But we had a big party. At the end, a tip was requested because my receipt was highlighted for gratuity, I wasn't expecting to have to tip on already expensive party, and wasn't expecting a receipt highlighting the gratuity line, as an expectation. As I was leaving a final receipt was run out to my car in the parking lot. I appreciated the carts they used to bring my supplies in and take the presents out. I also appreciate that I could bring in bottled water veggies and chips/dip because the expense was getting up there! read more

Absolutely unsafe. Watched as my child came down the slide and in between cushions that weren't attached properly and he fell too hard floor. Parents were scrambling to hold cushions that weren't placed properly. Watched a mother with her toddler fall between two cushions onto a hard floor injuring her elbow. Will tell everyone how dangerous this place is! read more
