I arrived around 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. My son and I have a monthly membership. It was…read morereally busy. I prebooked my reservation online before arriving. It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

I am going to start with the positives and end with what brought this down from a five star. We…read morevisited this location for a birthday party. It was one of the better birthday parties we've been to in the area. There are so many things offered. Signing in wasn't that difficult. There are kiosk near the interest. Since this was a party, we didn't have to deal with purchasing at the counter. There are so many party rooms and full length tables near the cafe. This is a true warehouse space with enough seating options. My phone's battery was about to die and there were charging stations. There is plenty of seating for adults. The party rooms are small, but they did offer a lot of food/drinks. I was so used to the food at kids parties only having 1-2 slices, but there was a lot of food. They had zip lines, bounce areas, basketball sections, dodgeball, some neat bumper car ride, go carts, rock climbing wall, slides, obstacle course and some video games. Now the negative...the cafe staff were just slow and rude. The cashier would barely open her mouth. She got annoyed because I asked her to speak a little louder. No smiles behind the counter. No pep in anyone's steps. It took 30 mins to get 6 of the smallest chicken wings I've ever had. The fries were covered in honey. I should have gotten the pizza. It looked pretty good. The bathroom sinks didn't have soap. They should have more hand sanitizer stations. Hopefully, my friend wasn't charged extra, but we were supposed to come back to the room at 2 to eat, but the food didn't come until almost 2:30. The party ended at 3. We will definitely come back. Recommendations - get pizza at the cafe versus something that needs to be cooked. I'm sure week night is a lot calmer. It was busy, but there was room. I'd say so far, this is my favorite kid place in Greensboro for preteens/teens.

We made it just in time for the 3:30 Bigfoot battle! The kids were able to fill water guns and squirt Bigfoot as he ran around the town. It was a perfect way to cool off during the 90° weather. The town was pretty cool! My son had a blast going from store to store seeing what each room held. We pressed all the buttons and touched all the things! Our favorite part was the dino trail. My husband enjoyed the Civil War statues mixed with the dinosaurs. The kids just loved the dinosaurs and the adventure of it all. The dino maze was cool and my daughter loved the dino dig. The gift shop had some pretty cool shirts and we couldn't leave without getting a stuffed dino and a penny from the machine. A great roadside attraction! Definitely worth stopping and seeing, especially if you have kids/just enjoy weird and entertaining experiences.

It Was campy and over the top but hey... I think it was meant to be. The rating is strictly for young kids. Adults, don't waste your time. The price was a bit high but the kids got to squirt a "Bigfoot" who was also armed with a squirt gun.

They offer funnel cakes, popcorn, nachos, fried chicken sandwiches and more. I decided not to pack our lunch but to get food once we arrived. To my surprise they only had nachos available. Okay no big deal. There seemed to be a lot of activities but a few of them were closed....including the slide(she wanted to get on the slide) overall the field trip was cool but we expected more.

This is good for families of all ages, and it's a good group weekend activity for fall. We have teens and we still had fun. There are attractions and fun activities that come along with the corn maze ticket, such as a giant slide and huge jumping pillows. There are fall-inspired sweet and warm treats such as warm apple cider mini donuts and apple cider donut sundaes! These were delicious and devoured so I have no photo evidence. This park is also dog friendly. They could use more brick and mortar bathrooms installed. When we arrived, the only restrooms near the entrance were out of order due to low water pressure and the only option were port-a-potties located by the jumping pillows. I can't imagine having a group of young kids and babies, and trying to deal with that. All in all it was a pleasant day.
