She told me exactly what I should do to get me riding right. And we were on our way. The scenery was stunning and I loved being on dirt with the fat tire e-bike. This was my second experience with this company. The first time was months earlier, in their Kent location. Very different and equally beautiful locations and stellar all around experiences at both shops. My partner and I are in our early sixties and late fifties. We had no e-bike riding experience before Covered Bridge. These guys are pros and the bikes are amazing. It was so much fun. We felt like kids again! Highly recommend!

She took her time fitting us to the bike, explaining how they worked and the route and allowing us to test ride. The rental for two hours was $60 per person or half day (4 hours) for $70 per person. We enjoyed the quiet ride along Housatonic river. The roads the route was along had very little traffic. We saw many people walking. We also got to enjoy the covered bridge and the bridge on Water street as well as the waterfalls. It was just saw a lovely day. 10/10 recommend this rental location and the scenic route.

Shane, the bike repairman, not only tuned it up but fixed a few things I didn't even realize had been impeding my bike's performance and i received a bike back that was running and riding better than when it was brand new. Billy, the owner, is extremely personable and helpful. Great communication. Went directly from the trailhead to Overlook Mountain Bikes. The store was buzzing with customers but I was quickly welcomed and taken care of. The guys at Overlook were promptly able to diagnose and fix my issues. I fully expected to have to leave the bike and come back a week or two later, but I was able to take my new bike for its inaugural ride only a few hours later than scheduled. Although this shop is an hour away from where I live, I will be back for any bike related needs.

I found Sal's business online while researching bicycle rental for my employer and her family, they…read morewanted to rent four bikes for their Thanksgiving vacation in Upstate New York. This task was assigned to me on the first day of my new job, I though it would be easy to do, but after calling all of the bike rental places listed on Yelp, I found out that the majority actually sell off most of their bikes in September and October then close shop until March. We live in California, were bike rental is available basically every day of the year--I had no idea how things like this worked in more seasonal destinations. Enter Sal! I reached Sal at a desperate point in my search, when I thought that my given task was next to impossible. I left a message on his voicemail and crossed my fingers. Sal promptly called back and offered to not only drive the bikes 50 miles to and from my boss's brother's house from Kent but to rent them for half what a competitor quoted for only two bikes (which he couldn't even confirm, because the bikes were for sale in his store). When my boss and her family arrived in NY they were thrilled to have the bikes and helmets provided by Sal. My boss said he was friendly and the bikes he rented them were of good quality, he also stuck to his (CHEAP) quote. Thanks Sal!! You made me look awesome!!
