The Vegan Eggplant parm with aioli was the winning sandwich, getting rave reviews. The regular eggplant caprese needed something more - a sauce or maybe a better ratio of cheese and tomato to eggplant. Bread was super delicious. We also ordered salads and other pizzas and declared this will be our spot next year.
