I go with my mother to her appointments as she is handicapped now and observe Dr. Shamim's interactions with her which I would describe as having an excellent bedside manner as well as being very patient, pleasant, professional and taking the time to address and and thoroughly answer any concerns she may have. I would highly recommend - if I wasn't enrolled in my long time HMO, would definitely feel confident (and fortunate) in having Dr. Shamim as my doctor.

Dr. Hamm has always provided prompt and quality care for my asthma / bronchitis issues. His recommended treatment protocols have always resulted in quick recoveries. When in need of prescription refills, Dr. Hamm is very prompt in ordering my meds from my pharmacy. When dealing with Dr. Hamm, I never feel rushed. He takes time to go over my health history, and then conducts a thorough exam.

Both my physicians pushed unnecessary appointments so they can bill for more. I tried to refuse directly and firmly and was backed into a corner to agree to one. I also noticed new lab nurses than from a few months ago... one labeled my urine sample with first name only, which I have never seen before. The lab nurses were badmouthing their colleague in front of me and then another patient came in and they said something like "oh here comes another"... pretty unprofessional all around. They were dismissive of a patient asking them a reasonable question. The girl taking my blood was also literally standing on one leg as she drew my blood. A few things I can dismiss, but there were tons of problems that lacked quality primary care. Based on these responses on Yelp, I am also curious if they are breaking any privacy laws as well, but I will not stick around to find out.

If I could give an extra star for going above and beyond what other facilities do, I would. Before establishing care here, I lived by the UCLA Ronald Reagan Center which is one of the top-rated medical centers in the US. Having experienced their level of service which was great and comparing it to here- I would say here is the same level of quality but probably better if I'm being honest. Dr. Gibson's expertise in medicine is exceptional and what's noteworthy is his ability to explain seemingly complex topics in ways that are digestible and absorbed by you and me. I never feel rushed during an appointment and the doctor remembers everything I've told him which shows his attention to detail and his care for each patient. Sometimes I think it's easy to feel like you're just another patient at medical facilities but you won't experience that here. You'll be treated like the awesome human you are and realize this is how healthcare should be. I'm going to put you on a brief hold. Nothing I got nothing. I was hold for 4mins. doesn't leave a good feeling with you at all. Sad to see this office going down through a tough time. Doctor also not listening to the patient and fully understanding the depth of an issue at hand. I am very unhappy and disappointed overall.

I have has many primary care physicians in my lifetime, but his wisdom, caring, and sensible advice made for a very pleasant relationship. I rarely come to crying, but I feel a deep loss personally. I'm not privy, but I'm guessing had been dealing will some overwhelming personal issues as well as under pressure from the perils of running a practice within the current structure of medicine; low insurance reimbursements, predatory hospitals, etc. The outpouring of love, affection, and respect at the memorial service was one of the most amazing I have witnessed. I am both sickened and saddened to loose this wonderful man.

I never expected a Dr. Office to run that efficiently, that quickly, AND address all of the issues currently and coming up in the future and managed to do everything from checkin to leaving practice in under an HOUR!. This is also the first Doctor to inquire about my headaches. He said, "I can fix that!" and he did! I haven't had more than 7 headaches in over 8 months! I used to get 3 to 8 a day. (I never brought them up because I assumed that was "normal" since I had nothing to compare it to. The disorder I have is like that... it's very strange and VERY HARD to manage ) I have called and spoken to the staff up front. They remembered me, and I remembered their voices from over the phone. I know it was actually office because they commented on my glasses when I asked if their's were fixed yet. Nice, clean, and friendly staff in addition to an amazing doctor, Dr. Siddiqui. He knows what my condition is (without having to Google it first) and understands and truly cares about trying to help my quality of life.
