While Planet Fitness is inexpensive and caters to newbies, there's a lot of frustrating things there for people who want to progress. The space is clean, well-equipped, and organized. They don't oversell memberships, so there's no issues with waiting for equipment. I feel like at Forged someone can start new and then grow into a fitness lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for them, and at the same time people who are really focused can get all that they want and more. I've become more of the latter over time. The owner is friendly, and he continually makes improvements based on member input. They also offer behavioral support that is not found elsewhere. I'm really glad that Tampa has this place available.

I love Circuit & Triple Threat ..stations is ok but I definitely don't burn as many calories as the other formats. You are given a heart rate monitor so you can track your progress and after class you get a breakdown of your heart rate throughout class. This really motivates you to push yourself!!! The instructors are great at providing demonstrations and pushing you to do your best. The only downside is it took a few weeks of going there before anyone explained the heart rate monitor and how to use it to achieve your goals. Other than that I really recommend coming here if you want a good sweat session!

He is a hard worker, I see him vacuuming all the weight machines, taking out the garbage, he seems very responsible and l like to come to a fitness center that is clean, I recommend this fitness center because it is very clean and organized, someone like Freddy deserves recognition. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

Violetta has a hot yoga class Wednesday and Thursday night that is absolutely amazing - full body work out and solid stretch. Mike is a personal trainer there and is so passionate about fitness and nutrition. Over the last 5 months he's helped me drop two pant sizes and change my overall health.
