He is a hard worker, I see him vacuuming all the weight machines, taking out the garbage, he seems very responsible and l like to come to a fitness center that is clean, I recommend this fitness center because it is very clean and organized, someone like Freddy deserves recognition. I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Well, the gym is very crowded all the time so I feel like it's the hunger games in the weight room and sometimes I don't get to use the machines I want. Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

They do not train their front desk people and I was told by management, after the fact I that "cant speak to the front desk about quitting because they just have kids working there". Where else am I supposed to go but the front desk to speak to employees?? Also the operations manager was very rude on the phone when I asked for a refund. This place basically runs a scam when you try to quit.

With all the typical work out equipment plus the recently added terf for the sled push, Zone has basically everything you need to get a great workout. Even during the expected busy times (before work and after work), there are never too many people there to get your workout in. The prices for a membership are much more reasonable than other gyms in the area, plus with certain memberships it includes a guest pass. Part of me wants to not recommend this gym to anyone so it can stay the way it is and I can have my peaceful workouts, but the other part of me wants everyone to have the opportunity to get fit. So if you're looking to stray away from the over populated, crazy gyms, I would definitely recommend giving Zone a try!

She's patient, she listens, and she is very smart. We've done dry needling, cupping, ultrasound therapy, and I think electrical muscle stimulation, along with programming and exercises both at PT and for me to do at home. The instructor, Amy, was amazing and everyone else in the class was so welcoming. It was fast paced, challenging, yet quite enjoyable. They had fans on but it was still warm which I enjoyed because it allowed me to get a good sweat in and feel like my body was detoxing. I can't recommend this place enough.
