I used to crave my 5 a.m. workouts -- Peloton, weights, all of it -- but the fatigue and hormones threw me through a loop, and my consistency totally fell apart. Even when I did get workouts in, nothing was changing, and I was at a loss. When I started working with Rebecca late July, I found out she was very experienced and knowledgeable with perimenopause -- not just with how your workouts need to change and focus more on strength training, but how a woman needs to shift her diet. As a stay-at-home mom, I have to admit my diet was more focused on everyone else first, and then I'd eat the same easy "meals" or scraps and leftovers on the go! It was a huge lifestyle change to shift to Rebecca's meal plan, but it has literally changed my life. I've lost 10 lbs and completely reshaped my body using only home gym equipment and exercises tailored around my limitations and injuries (I can't hold more than 12 lb dumbbells or curl more than 8). Four years ago I started an e-commerce company and building it up has rekt'd my workout routine. Lots of time at the computer working but more or less sedentary. Enough about me, you want to know about Johnathan. This is a home based business. He has built a gym in his garage and that is where he works out his clients. He used to be a personal trainer for LA Fitness. When I was looking for a trainer I didn't want to go to a big gym or any corporate gym for that matter. Been there and done that. You're just a number and those places are just mills to churn and burn. I texted him on a Saturday and he texted me back making an initial consultation the following Monday. We went over everything and he took my measurements. He also is a massage therapist (myofacial release) and explained that he requires all his new clients to get a massage. He does this to see where their structural weak points are. Fast forward three months and I have dropped inches. We do a measurement of hips, neck, arms, calf's etc at the end of the month to track progress. His workouts are unusual. He takes a simple exercise but adds a twist to it. He's always trying to confuse your body so that it can't adapt to anything. If he sees you breezing through a particular exercise he'll change it up just a little so your brain & body have to adjust. Very personal and changed his schedule to fit yours. You're also pay 1/3 of what you will at another gym. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

I reunited with Jared about a month ago to sign on for his "Three Weeks to a New You" program. I had gotten out of the habit of getting regular physical exercise and knew I needed to do something to prevent the exacerbation of my Stay Puff Marshmallow Man physique. Jared's approach of making gradual lifestyle changes to both my activity level and eating habits gave me a feeling of "I can do this". Before I even saw Jared I started making it a point to eat a small meal every three hours as I had morphed into a grazer of white flour and sugar products after receiving my mother's cancer diagnosis. I knew that exercise and proper nutrition would elevate my serotonins and therefore allow me to get through this crisis with some sort of sanity. I have decided to add on some additional sessions with Jared's assistant Christine to make sure my physical activity becomes a permanent part of my new lifestyle routine.

Well, after reading that book of a reply below, all I can say is I wish I'd seen a tenth of that interest while paying for the program for my daughter or myself. They supposedly said they gave me one extra month to get the sessions completed but when I told them that it won't be possible to complete them by the end of January, due to how severely sick I got from having Covid. They didn't care. They stated they did me a courtesy favor. I would still be losing about 4-6 sessions even if I went 3 times a week starting today. But I am still having breathing issues, I said I will start up next week. I will not be losing another 2 sessions, so I just lost out a ton of money. They only care about taking your money. I would not recommend this company to anyone if they wanted personal training. I also, saw that they don't set an exact date of when they pull the monthly payments. I have seen from the several months that I have been going, they have changed the dates. And if you live paycheck to paycheck that is a huge deal. They have caused my bank account to bounce because they pulled the money several days ahead of when they originally agreed to withdraw the money on when I first signed up. They also seem to be having internal problems with keeping their staff at the company. Since I have started, we have lost several trainers and that is alarming. I have only been a member since April 2022. And make sure to always follow up with them if you need them to do something, like for instance set up a body scan. I have been asking for last couple of months to get my monthly body scan done and each time they said they would get back to me which they didn't. So be careful ladies I of when you sign up with this company, they may seem like they care and want to put you first but they don't. They are just out for your money.

I am very happy they are making my daughter feel better and she is gaining use of her body now because of their work.
