A basketball court. Classes. Trainers. We came (Jan 2026) for the three lane pool, capacity officially 40. I'd say more like 18, if everyone is being cooperative while sharing lanes. We came midday on a weekday, and four of us had a lane to ourselves, while four or six other people shared the other two lanes. It worked out nicely. The steam sauna was just great after a swim! We tried several times over a week for the hot tub, but they kept saying the heater would be repaired "later that day". We gave up and went to another facility. That's the only thing we didnt like, but it's really part of what we came for.

Last week I had one of the worst customer service experiences with the owner of the Ft. Harrison location. He was onsite with another employee and they were offering to look at memberships and offer 20% off for life. When they looked at mine they said I have unlimited but not global so he doesn't get PAID anytime I go to his studio. I told them I wasn't aware of this and have been able to book classes at all locations. Apparently something happened to my Global membership, they could see I had it in the past. I'm not sure if it was a user error or system problem. I was told it would be $100 more a month to be able to use their location. I told them to let me think about it since I'm going back to Illinois in 3 weeks. Plus I wanted to talk to the studio where I got my original membership. I just logged in to my account and all classes I had booked were cancelled at Clearwater and my Illinois studio. Again I had a global membership or so I thought, and am not opposed to doing that again. What really annoyed me was they did not say, hey let's look at your membership and see what your options are he just made it clear that he was not getting paid and I should not be able to take classes there. Not the kind of experience I want when I'm dealing with a business, there was no effort to work with me as a customer, his only concern was that he wasn't getting paid. Has me reevaluating where I should take Pilates classes.
