The front office manager is a pleasant lady who was helpful in answering questions and checking additional units to see what was available (larger than 5x5) when I thought we needed more space. The only downside is there is no online presence/website so I had to call each month and either wait for a call back or talk with the manager and give my card over the phone. Additionally, deposited are returned via physical check versus direct deposit. It's very old school system so please be patient.

First, the prices are reasonable. We contracted for a 5' x 10' storage space to move our student's belongings during the summer months. The price was $60 and we received a 50% off for the second month. There was a $10 service fee which was also quite reasonable. Beth, the woman I dealt with was professional, friendly and had an amazing funny streak! I loved speaking with her. She made everything easy. They have larger storage space but we only needed to store a bed/dresser and other odds and ends. It's comforting to know this place exists as we need to move our student's belongings for the summer. I highly recommend Advantage Mini Storage and hope you get to talk to Beth, who as I said is pleasant, funny and hard working!

Moving with Pratt was flawless; I can't recommend these guys enough. Additionally, the team at Pratt went above and beyond in entertaining our toddler during the process, and dealing with a car whose battery had died in transit. The bottom line is that Pratt was amazing, and we'll use them again without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company above others.
