If you want quality and honesty, look elsewhere. Our 89 home Co-op entered into a 12 month contract with Tim. 30+ homeowners signed a petition to terminate his contract due to complete lack of work ethic and his lack of knowledge. We saw zero value in the large contract that he was paid. We even allowed him to exercise a 30 day termination notice that was written into the contract. Tim chose to except our months payment, but chose to ghost our community. He took the money and ran. Laughing in our faces. Our contractor liaison requested that Tim Farris complete cleaning up a few piles of brush and branches that he promised to do in the fall of 2025. He didn't even have the integrity to respond to the request. The guy took two months of contract payments and gave our community nothing in return. Please don't get fooled by this horrible contractor. You will regret it.

After many excuses, they finally showed up at the end of June and did our neighbors and left. We asked one of the guys if ours was next and he relayed "I have no idea what you are talking about". Every week we would ask when they were coming to do our trees and we repeatedly told by Mark "next week". Well next week never came and eventually our calls, texts, emails etc were just ignored. On 9/3/18 I sent a letter demanding either a date or refund of our deposit they have had since April! On 9/6/18 we received our deposit back with a note saying we can't do the job cuz we are uncomfortable going on the neighbors property to access yours. WTH! Now it's September and we've been all summer waiting for this job to be done. We have had to seek out another agency to complete the job as we are nervous with winter coming and the compromised huge pine trees possibly falling on our house. From what I saw with my neighbors yard FX Tree seemed to do a good job once the excuses stopped and they finally showed up there. However, their business ethics and lack of communication with their clients is unprofessional and frankly extremely frustrating. I don't understand why their "issue" with my neighbor became my problem! For the record my neighbors have absolutely no idea what the problem is either.

My insurance company sent this service after getting stuck along my driveway in snow. The…read moretechnician arrived, but told me he did not have the right equipment to get me out, instead he said he'd return the following day. The following day he called my wife to give her an estimate after claiming my insurance company was taking too long to approve the charges. What he was asking for is $850 to pull out an SUV, that amount sounds as if an 18 wheeler was involved. In what seemed like an effort to get me to pay out of pocket in a hurry, they told me they wanted to get the vehicle pulled before the next storm. Off course, typical insurance speed, they took forever to approve thw charges, but I was glad in the end they did. I reluctantly gave the wrecker service a go ahead, to which the jumped to ask to process payment before they even gave me an eta. I refused to buy that, and later retracted my ask for help. The charge seemed extraordinarily high, and sure it was! I reached to my insurance one more time, and they finally sent a better deal for me...it didn't take 15 minutes to be pulled out, and for only $100, which insurance paid. In the meantime Mitchell's called asking for permission to send a technician to ge me pulled during my absence. No thank you Mitchel!
