And here's an update to my original review nearly three years ago to the date. Thanks to Dr…read more Feinberg, we're expecting our second son. We trusted her enough with our care to fly halfway across the country back to Chicago to have her treat us, despite having moved to California and knowing that there are plenty of fertility doctors out here just as reputable. She truly is one-of-a-kind amazing. Our experience while living over 2,000 miles away from the FCI offices in Highland Park were nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Feinberg and her staff made sure that they went out of their way to treat us as if we were living next door. We received phone calls after hours because of the time change and Dr. Feinberg never hesitated to answer any question that we had, regardless of the time of day that we asked it. Our care was coordinated brilliantly, our concerns were handled brilliantly...it was all just great. I truly can't say enough about Dr. Feinberg which is why I came back to Yelp to update the review. If we hadn't already decided that we were going to stop growing our family at two children, I'd consider going back for a third just to be treated with the care and respect of Dr. Feinberg and her staff. She is in a league of her own.

It is reprehensible. Many years of rude, incompetent nurses. Whatever kind of day they may be having, doesn't compare to the year that their patience are having. AND they aren't even good at what they do. They don't know their patients. I had to constantly remind them of my issues and of course they get annoyed that I do. There is absolutely nothing good to say about these people, except that their receptionists in Highland Park are darling. Everyone else, and I've dealt with most of them, should go into a profession where they don't deal with people and their incompetence isn't so risky. Zero communication! Ask questions? You're a trouble maker. Follow-up? You're a trouble maker. Don't follow-up? You're blamed for a problem with your cycle or scheduling or something. Really unbelievable that people put up with this. If you want to waste your money and get mistreated, go to FCI.

The woman who performed the procedure completed also did it for me in 2022 downtown, and she's competent and efficient. There was no one at this location when I was here in late afternoon--really, the waiting room was totally empty whilst I was here, there was a single receptionist, and I didn't hear anyone else anywhere so it was surprising how quiet it was. I thought I'd try this one because it may be just as close with the added bonus of the the parking being both easier and cheaper. The cheaper part was definitely correct, since I was able to find a free spot on the street. But that took a few drives around the block (don't be fooled by the 15 minute parking spots--though my appointment was quick enough that I may have been able to use one). I also struggled mightily trying to find the place. I could see that there was an outdoor nameplate saying Northwestern Medicine on the corner of the building, but I sure as heck couldn't figure out how to get there. I walked around looking for an elevator since the steps only went to the plaza level, but didn't find any. I even called the office (and got the downtown location, I think) to try and get directions on where to go but finally stumbled upon a lobby for the building across from Harmony Coffee. There's an elevator in the lobby, but if you need an elevator to get to the lobby level I'm not sure you'll find one.

I would have been on a waiting list until May-which would have extremely disrupted my plans. Denise went ABOVE and beyond to help me. She was able to help me get into a doctor for testing asap and called around to help schedule even when they were full to capacity with patients. Of all my years and those of practices I have been to-I have never felt so helped and appreciated. She not only was helpful but so accompdating and empathetic. I literally love her and am so thankful for her going the extra mile. I went into the office had my exam. All the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. It is a far drive from my house but was worth every minute of the commute. So happy with them and would recommend to anyone looking for anythoe of fertility care. They offer a wide array of services. Thank you again Invia and an even bigger thank you to Denise! (p.s. She was so humble and said she was just doing her job but she deserves a raise! I love her!)

I had decided a long time ago that I'd keep my mouth shut about my experience at InVia and with Dr…read more Klipstein, but a recent experience with a friend of mine made me feel like I could no longer keep silent, lest other women waste their time at this joke of a fertility clinic. I have been going through various forms of fertility treatments for 5 years. in that time period, we have been seen multiple physicians to get their opinion (we've also moved 4 times, so had no choice but to change clinics). We wound up with InVia on the recommendation from another doctor when we decided due to the pandemic we wanted to keep our treatment closer to home. Dr. Klipstein spent an hour with my husband and I. She didn't really present any information that was new or interesting which was disappointing as well. But more than that, at the end of the hour, she told me that due to their requirements for BMI, I had to lose 50 lbs before they'd do an egg retrieval. Not because she was concerned about egg quality or fertility issues, but because I was anesthesia risk. I explained that I had actually previously undergone an egg retrieval, and had 21 surgeries under my belt with zero complications from anthesthesia (also anesthesia is not a requirement for an egg retrieval, but alas). She insisted this was the clinic rule and it wasn't her decision to make. When I asked to discuss this with anesthesia or with the medical director making this decision I was ignored. So literally - was my BMI NOT clear on my medical history before you took $350 for a consult visit and wasted an hour of my time? When I explained how difficult it was to lose weight given my PCOS, etc - and I explained that I worked closely with a dietician on diet and exercise and was doing the best I can - she pushed a KETO diet, of course, run directly out of her clinic (more money for them) and a diet that is incredibly dangerous for women with PCOS who are ALREADY at risk of heart disease. But you know, since their clinic sponsors this expensive program, I'm sure it brings in more money for them. InVia's home page claims, "you're more than just a number!" That's literally their motto. And yet, they won't take on any patients they don't feel that they can be successful with, and they fat shame and scapegoat women. I'd avoid this clinic like the plague. And I've told literally everyone I know considering them the same thing.

Given her expertise with the procedure, she was able to give me on-demand advice and help me stay positive throughout the process. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone and everyone going through IVF and/or Egg Freezing. She eliminates the stress associated with injections and is a key source of support! I couldn't say enough positive things.

She also taught my husband and I helpful tips on how to administer the shots correctly and in a way that hurt much less than what we'd been doing before. It's so nice to have a service like this available - I can't recommend Smith Fertility enough.

I've seen Dr Rodgers and was able to get pregnant and have my first child which is great. However, I'm not sure is it because she is seeing many patients and on social media like tik tok but she does not seem to have a great memory. Every time I come in to see her she doesn't remember things that I told her the last visit and I think she almost gave me the wrong treatment plan once. Also, she doesn't seem interpersonal and or have much empathy because I got pregnant with twins but lost one and she seemed to just pretty much brush it off even though I was pretty devastated. Another thing is that I've developed hypertension and hypothyroidism from the treatment but she doesn't seem concern and just tell me to follow up with my primary care doctor for my blood pressure. I also get a lot of side effects like nausea and vomit from one cycle too and she didn't even seem to care when I've brought it up. Her office visits always seem so brief and I don't understand half the time what she told me because she talked too fast for me to understand and not really explaining the whole process for me. I feel like she thinks that I know how Ivf works and this isn't my first time but it was and I was so clueless. I just wish that she and the nurses would summarize the whole process for me in the beginning and go over step by step the process so I can get a good understanding. A lot of times I would have to google the answers to my questions l and research the treatment. If I'm going back to get another child, I'll probably try a diff doctor.

While fertility treatments aren't fun, due to frequency of appointments and volume of patients, I always felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Rodgers. Thanks to her, I finally got pregnant after years of trying. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Rodgers if I want to have another baby in the future!
