Terrible communication throughout the entire experience and billed over and over again for water ultrasounds. Their hours are extremely inconvenient unless you live within a few minutes. Multiple scrapings for polyps and several times we had to start shots over again but gynecologists and second opinions all said we should have been good to go. We had several good embryos but they refused to do anything. A crushing and heartbreaking experience from a Dr we saw (only through zoom, and charged $200 each time just to tell us what was happing next in a 5 minute meeting) a couple of times in our 2 year experience with them. This place just wants their money and I will be contacting my lawyer as everywhere else we went couldn't figure out why they wouldn't implant embryo. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Davies and her staff. They are warm and friendly, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I was referred to Dr. Davies after a year and a half of trying and a diagnosis of PCOS. After my first FET (frozen embryo transfer) I had a positive blood test and am currently 13 weeks pregnant! The staff is great and takes the time to explain everything. They also take the time to reassure you if you happen to be like me and freak out all the time! I thought this place was great when I was looking to freeze my eggs. The staff got me in quickly and were all very nice in the beginning. Dr. Davies seemed to genuinely want to help and provided me with options. What I didn't realize is that I wouldn't be dealing with her at all. After I spent all the money (a lot) out of pocket, things went south. There was literally no follow-up once the egg removal surgery was complete. I was in a great deal of pain to the point I couldn't walk for a week and all they did was look at my swelling and say it would go down. What about prescribing something or making sure I'm ok? They told me one thing about the freezing process and turned out things were different afterwards and they claimed I misunderstood. Insurance was a nightmare and there was zero follow-up from their rude office staff, despite me contacting them multiple times. If you're looking to freeze your eggs, this isn't the place to go. Their priority is married patients who struggle with fertility, not the working woman who wants to keep her options open. You will feel uncomfortable and out of place in their small waiting room filled with mothers and screaming kids. Saturdays are the absolute worst!!! You'll feel like a number, not a patient. When you have all of those horomones running through your body, this isn't the place you want to be. read more

We went here for 2 years with what we thought was a solid plan. In retrospect the Problem was it overlooked that it could of been female factor too and had no room to change course on meds. We maxed out for 2 years my insurance to do 4 cycles a year!! We have huge questions about the quality of the lab as well. 1 cycle with a new doctor created 2 embryos - the 20 plus eggs from 8 cycles banked with Davies made 0. In retrospect I felt used by this clinic. My body and time. The communication was terrible and you could not really ever talk to Dr. Davies directly. Everything was rushed and staff was so unprofessional. I know better now but when I think back now I wish I could tell myself I deserve better and to advocate more for us. Infertility is such a unknown area when starting out. Take your time and when it feels wrong- change course. The rage I feel when I look back will always be their for there clinic. read more

Susan Davies and the entire staff, especially Aanal, are so wonderful. My wife and I are a queer couple and being gay here was a non-issue. They never made us feel unwelcome or out of place. They were thoughtful and explained each step to take the confusion out of this lengthy, exhaustive process. I was referred to Davies Fertility at the end of 2018 by my obgyn after struggling to get and stay pregnant. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we felt comfortable. Everyone who works at Davies is kind and caring. They were all extremely invested in my fertility journey. When we had a bit of a scary miscarriage, they all rallied around us with loving support. I truly felt like a part of the office family. We are expecting our first baby this fall thanks to Dr. Davies, Aanal, Jennifer, Erica and Ryan and could not be happier. I miss the women of the office and cannot wait until this crazy time ends so I can go visit!! My only tip for future patients is to listen to the staff when they tell you wait times for your ultrasounds and blood-work. Sometimes it is crazy busy in there, but if you ask, they will give you advice and be open about when to arrive and how long you should plan to be there. I've really appreciated all that Dr. Davies and her staff have been able to do for me and my family. Overall, my experience was very positive even through what seemed like impossible times, but the whole staff at Davies Infertility and IVF took great care of me throughout my IVF process. First, when you walk in to the office, the receptionist has the most welcoming smile and warm tone in her voice. She makes every experience start positively, whether on the phone or in person. The nurse team is wonderful, with the best blood drawer and ultrasound techs that make what could be awkward/not fun situations, feel normal. (Even my husband, who faints when getting blood drawn, said he didn't feel a thing when he had his blood drawn there!) They are all warm, honest and help put you at ease - true experts in their field. While some mornings were a bit hectic there, waiting outside the office in a line before it opens, the team has a well-oiled system for efficiently seeing all patients. Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work in helping so many women who have to experience these early morning visits to the office go as smoothly as possible! Dr. Davies and her team are wonderful, compassionate and caring people who truly love what they do. From our very first consult with Dr. Davies, we had a great experience. She answered all of our questions and was not pushy when it came time for us to make a decision about our next steps. I have nothing but respect for Dr. Davies and the group of women at Davies Fertility. Starting from even BEFORE I had a referral to see them, they were kind and helpful to my husband and me. Georgette at the front desk is an actual angel- so incredibly sweet, sincere, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Since I had a few friends see Dr. Davies before I went there, Georgette always asked about them. She was also so kind to my mom and husband. Aanal and Jennifer, the nurses, are wonderful as well. They certainly have their hands full, as mornings can be absolutely insane, but they have always been kind, responsive, and very smart. The ultrasound techs are also wonderful! Erika was always there to give me some much-needed laughs in the morning and provide some comic relief when everyone seemed super on-edge. Not going to lie, mornings are absolutely insane, as they see patients on a first come first serve basis. Dr. Davies herself...what can I even say? She is smart, compassionate, friendly, loving, motivating, but also very REAL. At my first appointment she figured out exactly what was going on with me, and explained all of it using diagrams. Every time I've met with her, she has been patient and let me stay as long as I wanted. When my eyes filled with tears and I couldn't process what she was saying, she gave me time and wrote things down. I trust this woman with my life. The fact that she did the egg retrieval and transfers herself was very comforting to us. Dr. Davies told me her goal was to get me pregnant in 2020, and I'm 9 weeks now. The office staff is constantly available for calls, emails, etc. They made the entire experience such joy. While trying to get pregnant with our second child, my spouse and I switched to Dr. Davies after being unsuccessful elsewhere. We immediately liked her and her easy going personality. She obviously was very knowledgable in her field and took the time to listen. While working with her, we were lucky enough to get pregnant on our first IVF cycle. Years later, we decided to try for child #3. At this point, Davies had left her previous clinic and started her own. We made the poor decision to stay at the old clinic since it was closer to our home. We spent a whole frustrating unsuccessful year at that clinic. Finally, we decided the extra drive was worth it and we returned to Davies at her new office. We immediately saw a huge difference between the way the clinics were run. All of Davies staff is top notch, highly professional, and extremely knowledgable in all the most up to date medications, techniques, and procedures. Scheduling appointments was very easy and efficient. Blood test results were communicated in a timely fashion with clear, understandable language. I always felt very well taken care of. People in the office became like friends after a short amount of time. The ultrasound tech even changed her personal schedule around to fit my work schedule when a conflict arose. The only time appointment wait times were long were a few times during IVF week. We especially appreciated the attention we received from , Aanal, the physican assistant in the office. She was a wealth of quality information and was always available to us. After one IVF cycle with Davies, we became pregnant with twins. After being referred to Dr. Davies and feeling so scared about what my husband and I would be told regarding IVF, the process, and costs involved, Dr. Davies made us feel so comfortable, and was extremely confident. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years and my OBgyn finally said, "it's time to see a fertility specialist and I can refer you to one I think is amazing and work with regularly." I cried, sobbed actually...but the moment my husband and I met Dr. Davies, we felt very comfortable. She was knowledgeable, confident, and thorough in her explanation. Things moved quickly with testing to see if there were any issues (which there were none). We started IVF and was successful after the first round! After 6 years of trying to conceive and feeling that this could be our last resort, the entire process was stress-free, everyone at the office from the moment you walked in was sweet, kind, and supportive, and I just knew everything was going to work out fine. Everyone at the office felt like family and discharging from the clinic was EXTREMELY hard. I wanted to take them all with me on my pregnancy journey. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and cannot thank Dr. Davies and her staff enough on how thankful my husband and I are and will always be. My husband and I did IVF, and fortunately for us, it worked the first time. We have 4 other embryos saved for next time. Going through infertility is such a stressful experience. Dr. Davies is so calm and empathetic, and would make me feel so at ease and hopeful when I would cry in her office. Not only that, her staff felt like family. After two years of trying to conceive, my husband and I were referred to Dr. Davies and her office. This was the best doctor referral I have ever had. Miracles really do happen here. The staff here is one of a kind. The office wait was hardly ever experienced, our tests results were shared with us in a timely manner, and they made the infertility experience easier for us.
