I never felt like I was being persuaded to buy something more expensive than I needed which can sometimes be the case with small businesses. They also found other issues with my bike and showed me so that I could understand it was a necessary fix. ATMOSPHERE/COVID: They enforce wearing mask and have a limit to how many customers can be in the shop at once. I appreciate this because I'm a health-nut. You can see from my attached photos that it looks like any bike shop. I appreciate the aesthetic. PARKING: Surprisingly they have a small parking lot in the back of the shop, which is amazing considering they're in the heart of Atlanta where free parking is a myth. This business listed a product on their website with an incorrect description. I learned this after…read morepurchasing it & receiving a product with a specification that was not outlined in the link I initially ordered from. When I went to view the link that I had initially ordered from, which I saved screenshots of, it had been completely deleted. In an email, someone from this business justified the inaccuracy with the excuse that they were physically unable to change the inaccurate description to the accurate one before listing this item. Instead of admitting any fault whatsoever when confronted with their blatant error, the reps of this business gaslit me, said the product was described correctly, then changed their return policy to include "item must be in original packaging" despite absolutely zero mention of this on their website, despite the 'original' box not actually being original packaging. Rather than deal with utter twits with no professionalism, I'm going to reconfigure my bike to adapt to this incorrect part which I received through no fault of my own, which will now cost me money. This is a small-minded business run by small-minded people who do not care if they inconvenience you. I don't know if that's the status quo of this area, but personally I'd avoid.

They had tires to fit the Guardian bike and were able to replace it for us. He sent the receipt via email and printed so that we could send it into Guardian for reimbursement. 10/10 recommend for the service and extra mile. While we were there waiting, we saw how attentive the employees were to the needs to the customers in the store but also how aware they were of people walking in and getting to those people quickly without sacrificing service to those they were already working with.
