I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! They communicated very well. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). Walked into a cloud of vap and vape heads at the mini bar I do not vape or smoke however as mentioned the wife was quitting. Bought some fluid and we thought it was a bit pricey! Wife did not want to go back due to the cost. However to our ignorance being new at that time to the vape scene we slowly found out that customer service and knowledge plays a huge part in any business. Through time and experience we found out the hard way that most shops will say and do anything to move the product off their shelves. Going through crap batteries and vap rigs spending countless dollars we ended up one night (after a painful local experience) going back to the shop with a pressing issue on a brand new set up which this time only lasted 30 days. Most of these shops just throw you into a new set up and say goodbye. Now here is the grit..... We walked into the shop and explained our situation of spending countless dollars on equipment that was crap. The sales associate was very understanding and tried her best to help right away. In the end the MAIN Man got involved and took the set up of my wife's WHICH WE DID NOT BY THERE! and tried with his staff to fix the issue resulting in a valid explanation of the cause of the set up issue. Two shops could not and did not in the local area waste time even coming close to the customer service that was given on our visit to this shop! Although there was a very limited stock that night on vap rigs we were moved into a excellent piece of hardware with the promise of how he goes to bat for his customers as well as only stocks what his customers WANT and WORKS! Due to this excellent customer service and KNOWLEDGE I decided to purchase the new set up and also grab some of his fluid for my wife whom is exceptionally picky on flavors. He showed us his menus and we were sold on the second choice not to mention that we were completely wrong about the pricing of the store. The value and quality was/is incomparable. Once he let my wife try the fluids and the new rig the smiles will never be forgotten! Trust me I work on the web for a living and DO NOT do reviews however I could not let this one go. Edwin made several suggestions and I bought all of them. After I got home I tried them all and am completely satisfied with all of his suggestions. This guy knows what he's talking about! I'm convinced this is the best vaporizer store in the Chicagoland area!!!
