I took my two big dogs here for the bath and brush once a week for several years. All of the ladies who worked there (Morgan, Regan & Mia) were absolute dolls. They loved my dogs like they were their own. I'm sad to say they passed away this summer, but I love this shop and these ladies. My wife and I recently started fostering a wonderful dog Bailee, and we brought her yesterday to Puff & Fluff Grooming on Greenway. We made the appointment several days earlier after stopping by last Saturday to see what the place was all about. We met Morgan, who was very nice, and turned out to be Bailee's stylist yesterday. She remembered Bailee, and it was at her recommendation that we scheduled her for an early appointment on a weekday (as she is still getting used to other dogs). The pricing was a bit funky; we wish it was a bit more transparent. My wife was quoted $90 initially with a $5 discount. At the time of the appointment, we noted that Bailee is a foster with a local rescue that is a 501c3; it states on the website that they offer half off services for the first three visits (which is very generous!). When noting this again, the price changed to $45. A tip of 20% was added, and then the price jumped up to $60. While we aren't complaining about the price, it was just very confusing and could certainly be clarified further in the future. We also have been prepared to share her vaccinations with Puff & Fluff. While interacting with two other team members separate from Morgan, we thought we would note an interesting occurrence. One team member called and asked for documentation about Bailee being fostered though when my wife arrived, she was told no documentation was needed by another team member when my wife asked. We also hadn't been asked for information about vaccinations, which surprised us. We are still happy to share the documentation about vaccinations or fostering as needed. Overall, Bailee enjoyed her time, and Morgan seemed to really be kind and caring towards her. Bailee seems to be more comfortable and cooler now. Morgan really listened when we requested Bailee's hair to be long enough to not be sunburnt but short enough to keep her cool. It would have been nice for Bailee to have received a hair bow as a part of her grooming, but either way, we look forward to returning to Puff & Fluff again in the future! read more

The groomer let me know she nicked the nail, but it had stopped bleeding. It had not stopped bleeding, and I am upset that I had to take my dog home in the car, find out she is actively bleeding while driving, clean my car seats, clean my floors once she got home, give my dog a bath, and stop the bleeding myself. Why didn't she have a bandage on? I sent these photos and got her into the shower. I wasn't going to let my dog walk around with crusty blood until we can get her in for a bath on another day. This happened on July 17th, and a manager reached out on July 25th. I replied back, and it's 3 days later with no response still. I have been a customer since 2019 and always tip well. read more

Will not be coming back. Dropped my two doodles off for their appointment and only one of them was finished between 10am-2pm. My other pup was in a kennel the rest of the time. Now we have to take her somewhere else to get her haircut. The reason was that other owners came in a "rush" and had to be done first. The woman up front was not kind or compassionate, only spoke in monotone. We have never been here before and were already anxious about a new place since we just moved. My dog had a severe traumatic experience here. I don't know what happened but he is 3.5 yo, has never had issues, been groomed all his life, but he was terrified when I picked him up. In addition, his hair is completely uneven, with horns-like all over, entire patches of longer hair in several places. I'm never, EVER bringing him back. read more

I called yesterday to change both my reservations that I originally had on October 15. I change the appointments to October 12 and October 14. I was told that they have been changed. I went in this morning I was told that there was NO reservation for October 12 at 10:30. I was not to happy. They were able to fit my dog in to get groomed. My other reservation for October 14 is on the books. Plus when booking online it does not state what animal's name has been booked, this would be extremely helpful when you have more than one animal. I originally went to the 16th St. location when Liz first opened her shop. At that location there was no issues whenever I brought in my dog. Did a great job with my American Bully Tina. She's a rescue and a bit timid. But they were perfect with her. My girl came back smelling awesome and they were even able to trim her nails down. She's not a fan. But she was happy when I got her back. And a brush and wash only took and hour!!!! Amazing staff worth every penny. Thank you! read more

I have been to countless groomers and I will follow them anywhere.While they have new groomers based off of the old location don't be jerks give them a shot- just tell them what they want they're not mind readers and they will do what you asked them to. The owner is very dialed in and extremely helpful so give them a shot. Oh- my dog is the most annoying dog ever and they tolerate him as if he's not even whining and whimpering and crying consistently the entire time he's there. I recently took my dog to get groomed. Went to pick him up and was charged $610 dollars instead of $61. I brought to her attention and she canceled the amount supposedly and went to attend another person. She ran my card and charged me again. I get in my car and lie and behold the 610 dollars went through! I get off and asked to be refunded and she could say was sorry and that a manager would call me. No management that I know of called me back but I got a text. Saying pretty much what she said and I would have to wait to be refunded. I was going to use that money to buy back to school clothes and supplies. All I got was sorry and you will have to wait. I am never using this business again. I'm super upset that she didn't catch her mistake until I saw it. Ruined my day, my kids day, and their new school year. read more

If you need nice friendly dog grooming...STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! They don't follow instructions, they don't listen and they absolutely know idea on how to treat dogs. I took my six year old for grooming and if fairness, she is a handful, with vet prescribed sedatives, and they still couldn't get her a simple bath and sanitary trim. They gave up trying in less than five minutes and called me to pick her up! I thought with the new owners of this location things might have been better, but I had much better results from the old owners. Don't waste your time "giving them a try". The groomer did a pretty good job. They always do. I have gone to them for a couple of years. They seem to be very concerned with your pet. They want to be sure that you are satisifed with their work. One time our girl got a small nick on her from the razor and the groomer made sure we knew about it before we ever left their establishment. They did an amazing job on her back dew claws and a great trim on her regular nails. I will keep going back to them with our girl. read more

Best grooming experience by far! Took our girl Lucy in for a full groom and had Otis' nails trimmed. Otis went back first and was done within 5 minutes and his nails are perfect. Lucy had a full groom, only her second time at the groomer, and she looks beautiful. Amazing cut and she smells so good. The prices are affordable and the groom and care are top notch! I made a 1 o'clock appointment for two of my dogs earlier in the week. PuffnFluff sent me an email confirmation on BOTH dogs for today, 5/29/21 at 1:00pm. I even got the 24hour confirmation email yesterday, I even replied to the requested new patient paperwork per the request of the 24hour confirmation email. Brought my two dogs up to the North 32nd and Greenway location (where both appointments were made and confirmed) , I was turned away by a rude lady at the desk. She said we are not taking any walk-ins. I said I have an appointment. she said "we are not having appointments today, we just took our signs down". I thought that maybe under the new ownership this place had changed but do not waste your time. Please take your loving pets to anywhere's but at Puff n Fluff. So disappointed! We were looking forward to new ownership & groomers at the North 32nd location only to see on arrival that two of the groomers were still there from the former ownership. We had had issues with their grooming in the past. BUT,we kept our appointment in hopes that with a new mission statement our Senior dogs would receive proper care & grooming. NOT! In fact the at pick up, the receptionist/groomer accused me of cutting one of my dogs ears & puncturing a hold in the other. I had told her on arrival that this dog had just gone through a series of steroid treatments because her ear flaps swell up & breaks through in the ear flap. I asked for them to be gentle. I couldn't believe they accused me of hurting my dog, just because they didn't listen to me to begin with.! Our second dog has uneven areas from the clippers. Lastly our third dog has an odd cut for her face area between her eyes. Looks like Fonzie from Happy Days. We will not be back again no matter how close & convenient it is of a location. read more

I was so pleased with Puff N Fluff. I have a senior Yorkie, with multiple health concerns. They took it in stride and did a wonderful job. I then took my Aussie Shepherd Red Heeler Mix in and they did such a good job. A week later and still not shedding. I recommend this location highly. read more

I still can't believe what a horrible experience I had today at puff / fluff. I am disabled, so it is hard for me to run. Me legs don't work that way anymore unfortunately so imagine the shock and horror I felt as I watched my dog run into oncoming traffic. I yelled to the very unfriendly person, Are you going to help me?? Just to hear "that's not my responsibility". What a way to promote a business? Not My Responsibility, is a more appropriate name for this establishment. I do have to say Thank you though, to two wonderful women, one stopped in the middle of the road got out of her car and tried to catch my pup, while another came out of a business close by and she too helped me. I was so excited to have my precious 4 month old puppy's first grooming done by a groomer that I had previously used for last dog. Boy was I disappointed and disturbed by the results. Fist of all, in the past, I actually talked with the groomer instead of having to have someone else pass on my expectations to the groomer. Second, I was told that it would take 3 hours because my groomer had two dogs ahead of mine and my groomer was "SLOW"...why didn't someone call me and let me know the groomer was running late instead of keeping my puppy in a unfamiliar intimidating place locked in a kennel. The grooming results were inferior! The cut was uneven, lopsided and parts of the dog not touched or brushed. Since I had to wait for the my dog to complete his series of shots before having him groomed his coat was overgrown but not matted. The hair on this tail was not touched and the hair was so long it tickled his rear-end making him fidget and uncomfortable. After getting him home, I spent more than an hour trying to even out his lopsided head, uneven face, brushing his ears and cutting the hair tickling his rear. I don't even know if the groomer that I requested was the one who actually worked on my puppy because I never even saw her. It's been more than 24 hrs since I brought him home and he is still traumatized....Unacceptable for $72 (including tip) for a 9 lb. Malti-Poo!...Totally disgusted!!! Won't ever go back or recommend this place!!!! read more
