The current "team" from what I believe to be mostly the past year, needs some serious training on task orientation, attitude, but mostly customer service. There are many jobs to be had where people do not need to deal with the public and as said on many of these reviews stretching back years, this store doesn't get it. The current clerks are rude and inefficient, probably due to sheer volume of this store and lack of training focusing on interpersonal skills. The "teammates" around didn't even look up, let alone help. Not a team. This has been going on for years with different actors. What is the common problem here?
