Every follow-up appointment I attended, I was put in an exam room timely, but then waited a minimum of 1 hour for Dr. Sharma to come in. Every time, I would be told there was something that happened during a procedure that delayed Dr. Sharma. Sometimes, yes this can happen...every time...I don't think so. I was going to schedule cosmetic sclerotherapy visits during my last follow-up appointment there (when I had waited the standard hour for Dr. Sharma to come in) but then I changed my mind. I decided my time is valuable too.

After I called corporate they still tried to give me some long winded excuses about why they didn't have it. How they tried to order it but it didn't come. It's a consignment item and blah blah blah. Irrelevant nonsense that's not my problem. Their whole job is to procure and sell drugs. They can't seem to do that with a lot of things. All together no one wants to take accountability for their laziness. It's not like it was Tylenol, it's a life saving drug that we were waiting on. I'd highly suggest going anywhere but here.

This was super unhelpful and rude as I am a customer. Retraced my steps through the store , nothing went to the other two store I was at and they were so kind and helpful took my name number and description of the keys and key ring. Had my husband call to inquire about keys to the manager and she didn't even want to come to the phone hello you're a manager a customer needs assistance finally went back to ask her to look in office which she did with an attitude...by this time I'm just beyond distraught and I called her out for being unhelpful and unprofessional for one acting bothered by my request and number two not taking any of my info in case keys were found or dropped off by a customer that may have accidentally grabbed them. Also on my visit in the day before she degraded an employee to another employee in my presence and bragged about her being fired. If this isnt the most unprofessional behavior from the main manager and individual that represents the store I don't know what is. Yes I lost my keys but would it have hurt her to take my info and make an effort to look in the office ? I think not it's the least I could do for a customer. Then she had an employee make up a fake name on line and harass me for sharing my experience. Is she fired yet
