This modern day version adds on a prescription dept. and a post office. The only thing it's missing is the old photo booth you would find in a five & dime store. Can you tell I love it here? Everything you need to shop for is in one place. Greeting cards, purses, medical aids, cosmetics, pet items, household supplies & even a few food items. They even sell scratch off lottery tickets. There's a number of decorative & collectible departments such as Native American, Coca Cola, John Deere & Wizard of Oz collectibles. Some I'm thinking might be for tourists. The lunch counter is actually part of "The Restaurant" built inside which also has booths to dine in.

The service is friendly and prompt. I switched from the Walgreens in Crystal River which is closer to my house in Florida to the one by my family in Sugar Mill Woods and haven't regretted it for 2 years now. Excellent service. Crystal River didn't have my prescription and told they would let me know when they got it in for me. Never heard back from them. I have been overjoyed with the service that I get at the 9427 Suncoast Blvd Walgreens.
