We have been using Walgreens pharmacy for the last twenty months. We are done! Frequently they…read moredon't have the prescription in the store. We have to wait for availability. One prescription became no longer available this summer. We called Brashear's pharmacy late that afternoon and they had it the next day. Last October Walgreens called to tell us they could synchronize our prescriptions so we could stop in once a month to pick them up. Since then everything went crazy. We pickup a prescription one day and later that day or two days later another one is ready. It's as if they want to keep you coming into their store. Maybe that's why they give rewards if you visit five to seven times a month! I spoke with the pharmacy manager to address my concerns on 9/30/2020 at 3:30 pm and she made it very clear that she didn't have time for me. I will be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares about me personally and has time for me. The employee walked up like I was BOTHERING her and she turned off the buzzer. She did not greet me, nor even LOOK at me. They are next door to a PUBLIX.
