They insisted I transferred all of my prescriptions to them and then filled my pain med prescription. At this point I was 3 days without any meds. When I went to pick up my order I was charged $50 extra for " the paperwork for the DEA" This extra charge was not told to me in advanced . This charge to me is extortion , it may it may not be legal regardless to me it's unethical. I will never use them again. This experience has left me feeling robbed.

This modern day version adds on a prescription dept. and a post office. The only thing it's missing is the old photo booth you would find in a five & dime store. Can you tell I love it here? Everything you need to shop for is in one place. Greeting cards, purses, medical aids, cosmetics, pet items, household supplies & even a few food items. They even sell scratch off lottery tickets. There's a number of decorative & collectible departments such as Native American, Coca Cola, John Deere & Wizard of Oz collectibles. Some I'm thinking might be for tourists. The lunch counter is actually part of "The Restaurant" built inside which also has booths to dine in.

We have been using Walgreens pharmacy for the last twenty months. We are done! Frequently they…read moredon't have the prescription in the store. We have to wait for availability. One prescription became no longer available this summer. We called Brashear's pharmacy late that afternoon and they had it the next day. Last October Walgreens called to tell us they could synchronize our prescriptions so we could stop in once a month to pick them up. Since then everything went crazy. We pickup a prescription one day and later that day or two days later another one is ready. It's as if they want to keep you coming into their store. Maybe that's why they give rewards if you visit five to seven times a month! I spoke with the pharmacy manager to address my concerns on 9/30/2020 at 3:30 pm and she made it very clear that she didn't have time for me. I will be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares about me personally and has time for me. By that I mean it took me calling corporate to get it finally on Dec 30. It's one thing to not have something it's another thing entirely to lie about it multiple times. After I called corporate they still tried to give me some long winded excuses about why they didn't have it. How they tried to order it but it didn't come. It's a consignment item and blah blah blah. Irrelevant nonsense that's not my problem. Their whole job is to procure and sell drugs. They can't seem to do that with a lot of things. All together no one wants to take accountability for their laziness. It's not like it was Tylenol, it's a life saving drug that we were waiting on. I'd highly suggest going anywhere but here.
