We have been using Walgreens pharmacy for the last twenty months. We are done! Frequently they…read moredon't have the prescription in the store. We have to wait for availability. One prescription became no longer available this summer. We called Brashear's pharmacy late that afternoon and they had it the next day. Last October Walgreens called to tell us they could synchronize our prescriptions so we could stop in once a month to pick them up. Since then everything went crazy. We pickup a prescription one day and later that day or two days later another one is ready. It's as if they want to keep you coming into their store. Maybe that's why they give rewards if you visit five to seven times a month! I spoke with the pharmacy manager to address my concerns on 9/30/2020 at 3:30 pm and she made it very clear that she didn't have time for me. I will be switching my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares about me personally and has time for me. Thank you Brashear's pharmacy for already providing to me that you personally care for your customers.

Taking opiates is not a choice it's the only way I can function at a level I can cope with. All but one pharmacy in my county was out of the pain med I take except this one. They insisted I transferred all of my prescriptions to them and then filled my pain med prescription. At this point I was 3 days without any meds. When I went to pick up my order I was charged $50 extra for " the paperwork for the DEA" This extra charge was not told to me in advanced . This charge to me is extortion , it may it may not be legal regardless to me it's unethical. I will never use them again. This experience has left me feeling robbed.

If you don't follow up with these employees, your prescriptions will sit in virtual limbo forever. There is an older grouchy woman who smashes her intercom phone down on the counter in frustration (she may have quit as they claim they've just lost two people) and just attitude after attitude including the manager Nicole. None of them have any training in customer service, they feel entitled to be nasty, angry and rude and accuse you of yelling at them when they cut you off because you're pointing out the breakdown in their communication. Nicole told me to go to another pharmacy. That's her solution. Nicole, what you give out to the world is exactly what you get back. You all need training and reality checks.
