Self-checkouts at a Publix? This is the first time I have seen this. I expect self-checkout at Aldi and Walmart, as I am willing to trade a lack of service there in exchange for lower prices. Besides the BOGO deals, most Publix prices are no longer a bargain for me whatsoever. I was willing to pay a bit more, as this store is very clean and the service was excellent. It is a small Publix but convenient to my house for a quick run. The lines are never long and you have everything you need overall. I have no issues other than it being a smaller than usual Publix and I sometimes do have to go to one of their bigger locations but majority of the time this location is great. read more

We don't have Publix in the Cincy area. Once we got in to town, we looked for a store we recognized to buy the week's groceries. So we hit the local Walmart. MISTAKE! It was the most ghetto Walmart we've ever been in and that's saying a lot, lol. So when we couldn't find the things we needed at Walmart we found Publix. Great store. I mean, the guy in the deli was wearing a tie. How impressive is that?? The prices were decent, the store was clean and the staff seamed friendly. read more

Dee was an absolute treasure! Layout of the store is a bit odd but the entire staff is super friendly and kind.

Two things first: #1: I wish I could give 0/5 stars. #2: It says a lot that I called two people I was with and used Google maps to track down the exact Publix we went to so I could write this Yelp review This Publix was the WORST one I have ever been to. It was like something out of the Twilight Zone...every single person I encountered was more rude than the next. Most bizarre experience of my life. This is the closest Publix near my house . It is always out of something every time. The night before thanksgiving out of pecan pie,at 5 pm ??? Lunchtime on Saturday out of sub rolls in the deli. The customer service is very poor as well. The employees are slow and unpleasant almost rude. I asked for help getting an item from above in the chip aisle and an employee told me he would give me the ladder to use. I asked for sour dough bread that wasn't out, the young man told me it was , looked and realized there wasn't any and just handed me a loaf. As I was taking the loaf of bread from him I asked if it was sliced? He rudely stated no, you have to ask. I would suggest he as the employee ask the customer, would you like it sliced before handing it to them. All the Publix around here have poor food quality and service. At least the one on Walsingham and Indian rocks rd as well as this one does. They must have a bad district manager in this area I may have to go to a Publix further away. read more

Deli... you are the worst Publix deli I've ever experienced in my 31 years of living in Florida! I've ordered subs multiple times here via online and not ONCE has my order been correct. One time I showed up before they closed and my order was never made and they were putting everything away. This Publix is very close to my house, but it's best I only visit if needing a quick, easy-to-find item. The produce is abysmal. Cucumbers are much smaller & softer than the Publix on 113th. I went there 2 nights ago: only one bunch of celery left that was small & withered looking so I didn't bother buying. I did buy 2 bunches of broccoli that were part of the weekly sales ad; 2 days later there were brown spots all over both bunches. They run out of sale items often & don't restock very well. Don't even attempt to find any beer that's BOGO - never in stock or only 1 left. I just need to remember to only stop here for easy-to-find items like snacks. read more

I have always liked shopping at your store. I'm in there every week, my hubby, every day almost before this pandemic, We live only a block away so it's also convenient. However this morning mar 25,2020 at 9:00 a.m. I was checking out. I wiped the counter off with my cloxox wipe where I lay my check to write it out. I always do this but more so now with this pandemic. I laid the wipe down on the counter top and it fell onto the floor. The man bagging the groceries bent over to pick it up..I said " NO just Let it lay...cleaners will dispose of it properly. He picked it up and put it back on the counter in front of me. " He said " There ya go, and walked away. I was in such shock...I say to cashier and my hubby..." OMG I don't believe he just did that...from the FLOOR to the COUNTER...I said it three times...OMG...FROM THE FLOOR TO THE COUNTER. Nobody did anything. My check processed. I let the wipe lay there and left the store. I don't think I will be back there read more

I love Publix and this one is just as nice as the others. I like how small it is. I doesn't take me forever to get around the whole store. I talked to 4 different associates in Deli, register, bagging and customer service and all exceeded my expectations. Very nice. read more
