Understanding what needs to be done behind the counter to optimize. Multi tasking. There needs to be a comprehensive manager of proper age or tenure that can guide these kids. It seems every coffee shop struggles with this, which means if they can figure out how to speed up service and optimize wait times and efficiency they will rise above the competition. The girls there were all nice, it's not a personality issue, it's a lack of guidance. The faster you can work out the kinks the faster that line grows out the door.
