Mojo pork with 1/3 fat and nastiness.
    David B.

Seriously Publix??!! I just purchased your (pre pack) mojo pork, and need to share this experience as this is the 3rd time now this has happened. Stupid me but the flavor is good. I just removed globs of fat (see pic) from my mojo pork. That is way too much fat and nastiness! You would serve this to your family??? There was a time where Publix seemed to have high standards but now you're just about high prices, and based on this pork serving, screwing over customers. I suspect your sales are good because you keep raising your prices- but this has been yet another unsatisfying experience at this Publix.

Publix is our go to for some items we can't find from the other big market we frequent for the majority of our groceries. For example we like the vegan cheeses that they carry and can't get from our other store. The employees are always very helpful and attentive throughout the store. If you don't know where something is, simply ask. I can tell the majority of the employees really put some pride into working here. On the other hand, the prices can be outrageous here when shopping for comparable items we get elsewhere (which result in the loss of two stars). You can usually find some good bogos, just need to look around. They do have a fairly decent selection of wines here as well. The temperature is usually ice cold inside which can be great in the summer coming from the hot, humid air outside.

10 inch strawberry filled fondant icing wedding cake
    Erica S.

Mainly the bakery - we ordered a wedding cake on short notice (2 weeks) for a beach wedding. I requested turquoise fondant icing and it was indeed divine! The cake also had a strawberry filling which was incredible combined with the sweetness of the icing. My only complaint was when my sister in law picked up the 10 inch, 1 tier cake they did not put it in a box. She had to carry it on her lap for the drive to the resort. A bit stressful for her. The customer service is top notch! They definitely aim to please! This brand of store is always so clean and welcoming! I love the fact that they have liquor stores attached to most of their locations. I intend to shop Publix when I'm in Florida.

Between racks upon racks upon racks of affordable wine, a respectably fresh product selection, generally cheap prices on various and sundry perishables, and a Blockbuster Express box in the vestibule... what more could you ask for? In fact, this Publix was so hospitable that we ended up coming here -literally- every single day of our vacation in Jensen Beach. In part because we cooked every day, but also in part because we went through at -least- one movie a day. Don't judge. I had a lot of catching up to do on recent (and not-so-recent) releases. Staff are helpful, reasonably friendly, and were able to not just -tell- me where to find the garlic butter, but personally walked me over and point me to where it sat on the shelf. I mean... if that's not personalized service, I don't know what is.

I'm really sick of throwing money away on pasta full of bugs and broken eggs. This Publix has the worst quality control.

Visited this deli in the great little Seawalls Point Plaza in Stuart, FL (cute little plaza with…read moreseveral interesting stores). Here's my review; Service: No table service (except for food delivery) but the counter service was quick and served with a smile. Ordered my typical breakfast black tea latte with honey. Could tell the girl had never had that request before but, she listened closely and to assure I received what I asked for, despite being quite busy, made the tea, to perfection, herself. Well done. Atmosphere: Nothing much to speak of here as it's pretty much your typical deli with perfunctory tables and chairs in a large open room. They do have a nice outside "walkway" dining a which I will always choose over the noisy cramp interior dining areas of most deli's. Food; Received my order of eggs over easy, "crispy" home fries, sausage (wanted links but patties only thing available), sesame bagel (nicely buttered and toasted), blueberry muffin (nice touch here, asked if I wanted it buttered and grilled... yes please). Eggs were made as asked (not always a given at other places). Received two large sausage patties which were ok, nothing special ( would have preferred links). As with most every other breakfast place, home fries were NOT crispy! Sesame bagel was good and toasted and buttered perfectly. The large blueberry muffin was buttered, and grilled nicely and was loaded with blueberries and wonderfully fresh but, had a sugar topping which I always feel is an unnecessary addition which takes away from the overall taste. The Bottom Line; As with all my reviews, my "customer so what" of would I come back is... if I was in the area probably so, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

The service was fine, and the restaurant has the same casual, local deli feel, but this visit was not quite as strong for us. I ordered the Reuben again because I enjoyed it so much at the other location. This one was okay, but it did not have the same flavor, balance, or overall quality as the Jensen Beach location. It was still a decent sandwich, just not one I would rate as highly based on this visit. The space itself is simple and casual, which fits the deli style. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a quick breakfast or lunch stop. I would still consider returning, especially since we had such a good experience at the Jensen Beach location. For this location, though, the food just did not stand out the same way.

I looked at the items in the market. Nothing stood out that I had to get. We then sat down and met our waiter which I believe is also the owner. He had that like Eastern European way about him, stern, direct and right to the point. We ordered the polish plate, pierogi, and potato pancakes and goo-lash. The pancakes came first. You can tell they're homemade. Very thin. Different sizes. They were good. The owner told us to try it with sugar as that's how they do it in Poland. I tried it. It was different. I then tried the pierogi. He gave us one cheese potato, one sauerkraut and one with something else. They were also good. We then got the polish plate which came with sausage, sauerkraut with meat, stuffed cabbage and potatoes. It was ok. I thought the potatoes were eh. The cabbage and the sauce was good the sausage was good. I then got the goo-lash. That thing was thick with large pieces of pork and gnocchi. That was very good. Filling too. Overall, the food was good. Nothing really bad. Solid place. I'd come back.

Potato cheddar, mushroom sauerkraut, potato with farmer cheese, and meat. I also grabbed a grilled piece of kielbasa and some cake for dessert . I will definitely try some of the other dishes next time I'm in the area
