Also, while they *do* offer the 10% discount if you purchase 6 bottles of wine, they do not offer the free reusable wine totes that the Kroger on 72 does. If you want a clean, organized Kroger with a cute little wi fi chill out area, deli and all the other Krogeriffic things, do go here. There was only one checkout line available and I was second in line with only a few items and the person in front had a large basket full. There was a younger man behind me, also with a few items. I asked if there were no express lines open and the cashier said no when all of the sudden a female employee from the front of the store motioned for the young man behind me to come to the front so she could check him out. I was frustrated because it looked like there was some favoritism going on based on ethnicity since they were both the same and I am white. I just left my basket of items and walked out, never to return. I'm not saying all of Publix has a preference in who gets good customer service, but it sure did look like they got at least one employee who does. I don't need this kind of stuff in my life and I'm happy to give my business to others since there are plenty of options other than Publix available. Publix lost a longtime customer today.
