Terrible publix, awful customer service. The cashiers are more polite than those at the desk. Do better, css.

Just had the best sub sandwich. Nice staff and enjoy shopping in the store. I can spend a half hour just in the beer section. Great job!

I went to this place when it first opened and never came back unit now. The atmosphere and energy…read morewas not good. The people looked like they didn't want to be there. Nobody smiling and lifeless. I drive by this place about 4 time a day and I absolutely refused to do business here from this experience. After many years, I gave this place another try. To my surprise it was a night and day difference from the first time I walked through the doors. A young lady at the entrance greeting you with a some samples and a big smile. Walked passed the bakery section and heard a very loud "how are you doing today". I almost passed out from someone actually speaking to me. I was in shock. This isn't the same place I visited when it first opened. I look around and see employees smiling and wanting to be there. In the distance I heard laughing coming from the deli and meat department. When I walked up, I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. They were still in tears laughing by the way which was a nice feeling. So in a nut shell, this is what I think about Sprouts now. Great selection of products. The people are very nice. The Manager's Specials they have are amazing. I saw they had Rotisserie chicken for $.99 and some ham at the deli for $.50/lb. I'm a customer for life now and when I'm done shopping I go next door to Kairo's for a bite to eat.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this shop. They have packaged meats and all the random essential…read morebits, including organ meats, chicken feet, and bones for specialty dishes. They have an array of small Happy Cow ice cream flavors! We browsed through all the canned jars from a Pelzer Company (I can't quite recall). They even have woodwork pieces perfect for a home bar or new neighbor. (Bottle opener on wood) Daughter found this gem and was tickled it had the temperature to properly cook squirrel. Fortunately, staff informed us they DON'T sell squirrels. (Maybe next time) The meat case had much to choose from to include seafood. (Unless my memory is playing tricks on me) They even had an ARMADILLO EGG! Needless to say I bought one. I can't wait to try that bacon goodness! The pork I was looking for was freshly ground and was perfect for my chorizo recipe. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They welcome you and are happy to help. There is plenty of parking and the line moves quickly. Overall a great experience and worth the 30 minute drive when combined with other Simpsonville shops.

Prices and quality were better than the butcher shop I visit at home. Bought fresh eggs, twice baked potatoes, ribeye steaks, burger patties, ribs, bbq sauce, chocolate milk, armadillo eggs, and breakfast sausage.

I have shopped in this store a good bit since we moved to Simpsonville 19 years ago, but I'm ready…read moreto quit going there forever now. First, it is just about the darkest store I've ever entered in my life. Every time I go in I feel like I'm wearing my sunglasses, and I'm not, but it is just so dark and dingy-looking, I find myself wondering what, exactly, they are trying to hide. They used to carry some really interesting cheeses that I enjoyed, but they have stopped carrying much of any good cheese at all now. But this past weekend just solidified my decision that I won't be back. I needed fresh ginger, so I headed to the produce section. They had ginger, so I picked up one large root, and spotted a smaller piece that looked good, too. Fresh ginger is sold by the pound, fyi. When I checked out, the young lady ringing my purchase picked up the bag and inspected it closely. I told her it was ginger. She asked me how many PIECES I had. I told her that it didn't matter, the ginger was marked as being sold by the pound. She shook her head and asked me AGAIN how many PIECES. I told her there were two PIECES, but I repeated that the price marked in produce indicated that it was sold by the POUND, not the PIECE. So of course she proceeded to ring up TWO PIECES AT SOMETHING LIKE $3.68 PER PIECE. So I ended up paying over $7 for less than 1/2 pound of ginger that should have cost me around $1.75. ESPECIALLY with one piece being so much smaller than the other, I cannot understand why she thought anyone in their right mind would have picked up a large one and a really small one if they were meant to cost the same price. Unbelievable. And a complete ripoff. I didn't have time to go back after I saw my receipt, but it really irritates me that she would basically steal money from me for something like that. In addition, I had picked up a bag of mini oranges - looked like clementines. They were marked as $4.99 "manager's special, guaranteed fresh." But when I got them home, there were already two rotted ones I hadn't noticed, and the ones that were not rotted were already dried up so much that they had no flavor or juice whatsoever. By my reckoning, Ingles owes me over $10 for these two products. I'm never going back in there. There are SO MANY great grocery stores within 2 miles of this place. I really don't understand why it is still open. They definitely need to train their employees better (could she not read? Not HEAR? It remains to be determined) and cull out the fruit that has gone bad instead of marking it down and "guaranteeing" freshness.

Great grocery store that carries many of the items we cannot get anywhere else! Spotlessly clean,…read morewide aisles, soft music, and very friendly and helpful employees. Great prices with lovely fruits, veggies, meats, and my husband's favorite, ice cream!
