This review is specific to the Deli. I went there today after someone told me that the Publix subs is #1 in Miami. I thought I'd try it. Unfortunately, the employee who took my order is super rude. Her name is Lessania. In the beginning I could hardly understand what she was saying and after a couple of times that I asked her to repeat her questions (pertaining to type of bread & meat) I could sense some attitude and so I told her to just bear with me as I am not used to ordering from the deli. She just shrugged her shoulders. She put toppings on the bread and didn't ask if I want it toasted. She insisted that I should tell her instead of her asking me. After that, she gave me more shoulder shrugging, rude tone, and deep sighing. When I called her attention to it, she just chuckled and hum, & obviously just mocking me. I never felt so humiliated. I wonder what kind of customer service training Publix is giving to its employees and does it have disciplinary action against this kind of behavior? read more

1hour wait for a sub. No joke. 40 minutes in line and then another 20 minutes in "express" lane. Ate my lunch on line. Treated like cattle. Understaffed and over priced. Poor management. read more

The "manager" told me that my service dog wasn't allowed and refused to let the employee give me a money order after I had waited in line for 20 minutes. He also told me to leave my dog in the hot car, or tie her up outside. No way will I be back at this location. read more

A bigger Publix than most. I just moved to the area and it was nice to a grocery store next to home. They have a great fresh produce section and the items don't go bad that quick as opppsed to when I go to WF. Bonus! read more

Clean and friendly. Publix always cost more than Walmart or Winn Dixie but service is always much better.

Convenient location, great selection of fruits and vegetables. Friendly service. Decent, but unstaffed, floral area. Parking is OK.

When you use their online deli ordering system and they tell you that it will be ready at 5pm and when you show up they have not started it yet so you end you getting your subs at 5:45. When you specifically request that they put no onions or peppers in the sub when ordering and then ask the lady who prepared it if she put onions and peppers in it and she tells you no, but when you get home its loaded with onions and peppers. When we got to Florida on vacation our first stop is always Publix. There is usually always a walmart and other grocery stores nearby by we always drive past to the nearest PUblix. This time we discovered the Publix sherberts and bought one for desserts in our condo. It is absolutely delicious. I wish that Publix would consider opening a stores in Arkansas. They have wonderful customer service, good quality food and wonderful sales. It is worth the time and money to go to a Publix. Please oh please open stores in Arkansas including Hot Springs. My husband and I would shop at your store weekly. read more

This Publix is great. I always go out of my way to come here. The store is always clean, the employees are pleasant and shelves always stocks. If you can't find something all you have to do is ask. Although the Deli department is always busy they are quick compared to most other stores Delis. The produce in the produce department is always fresh. I work for a city library and pick-up most of the snacks for programs here as well, using Tax Exempt is never a problem, in fact, I'm there so much so some of the customer service ladies greet me by name. I think today is the last time at least for a while that I will go to the store. Although it is my neighborhood Publix I waited in line for over 25 minutes because two girls in front of me were allowed to split their orders into three parts each and Break their payments into four ways as well. When they were not allowed to use their government issued EBT cards for alcohol they very quickly pulled out a wad of hundred dollar bills. Although this is not an issue of the supermarket it was unfair to the 12 other people in line to have to wait for them because they were so inconsiderate. The cashier was helpless as customer service is above all. I understand that it is their job to help each and every customer but what about keeping other customers in mind as well. It was not the cashiers fault but the customer is not always right. I reported it to corporate. There's plenty of competition in the area. I'll be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. read more

So SICK of walking into this Publix and getting treated like TRASH in deli department. A young woman and man who were preparing subs had the nastiest attitude when I asked when will they have bread. How is this sub shop with no bread? They acted as if it will be hurting them to go and ask when the bread will be ready. I was told 45 mins and there was only two pieces of bread left and a line full of hungry and angry people. The workers shouted back and did not care about their customers. I will not being returning to this publix and will have to make another 15 mins drive to a better publix located in miami gardens 183rd area. read more

This store is good overall except for one dept has issues I been shopping here for 20 + years and this is my beef with publix I went to the bakery to buy publix brand blueberry muffins and found mold growing on several of the muffins so I checked expiration date and it checked out ok so I didn't buy them I didn't say nothing etc I came back 40 days later I found same problem so I told manager at front of store etc I recommend you be very alert at the bakery and inspect what you put in your mouth from this dept etc adding this now to my beef with publix I don't know if any body has noticed in the last 18 to 24 months multiple items missing off shelves for weeks some times months it seems like publix can't keep up with the demand it's sad considering we're in America you would think food isn't hard to get especially when you make lots of money it's so sad that you get second-class service in your own country what is the world coming to A man can't get his food someone please do something Publix is falling apart or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This publix is a great location and is in a perfect spot! The waiting time in line is average. The display of the counters and isles is always stocked up. If you need help the staff is friendly just feel free to ask any questions. Here u'll find anything! The publix cakes are as always AMAZING and I order my fresh ham cheese from the deli to make sandwiches at home. They offer weekly deals so u'll be sure to save if u shop here! read more

this is the first time im posting something but i feel compelled to do so. ive been going to publix for over 12 years spending an average of $800 to $1000 a month for my household. i recently went to the publix on miami gardens and purchased a rainbow roll from the sushi section in the back next to the seafood.while i was eating it there was something hard in one of the sushi rolls either a shell or something else and i broke my tooth completly. i returned to talk to the manager showed her the product,reciept and broken tooth. she took the report and told me they'll get back to me. i was in pain for 3 days since it happened on a fri till mon when i went to the dentist. my root was completly exposed you can imagine the pain even drinking water. so i fix the tooth needed i crown. they called me the following week from coorporate they said we are not responsable because its a outside company that prepares the sushi. im sorry dont you prepare it on premises?dont you sell it? i work in the restaurant business if you come to my place and eat a bad steak i wont tell you go sue the farmer!!! so they foward my info to the sushi company based out of california they pass me along to their insurance and the claims adjuster says there is not enough evidence?!!?? i have pics from my dentist of my tooth from before and after. what else do u need? there is a hole in my mouth!!! so nobody wants to know nothing. i call coorporate back nothing. i write a letter to the ceo, you guessed it nothing. i even told them i would of setteled for a $900 gift card what it all cost to fix my tooth, to spend back in publix. again nothing. where shopping is not a pleasure!!! i will never step foot in a publix again in my life. the worst customer service ive seen in my life.it never was about the money.i didnt want to sue for millions just to make me whole.hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. read more
