I have specific food allergies, and she took the time to make sure everything used in my sandwich was safe for me to eat. That alone is worth praising, but she didn't stop there. She went the extra mile to include my favorite Vegan options to enhance my smoked turkey sandwich. With their signature Deli Dressing my sandwich was so tasty. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness she put into every step. Trecia attitude was warm and patient the entire time. Big thanks also to the store manager, Anthony, for leading a team that clearly values great service. From the pharmacy to the Deli to checkout to completely across the board I have NEVER received better service than this Publix. I cannot recommend this location enough. Everyone has a great atttitude and is super accommodating. I want to specifically shout out BASH & AJA for always coming through with top tier service and going out of their way to make sure EVERY customer has a good experience. My BFF from high school and I went to Publix to do some grocery shopping. He shopped at this Publix for quite a while, and spoke very highly of this Publix location. I can see why because the BOGO deals are incredible and save you lots of money. The staff are wonderful and friendly,and my friend knows them by heart since he shops here all the time. I have always loved Publix and enjoyed shopping at Publix because of the BOGO deals, and the wonderful customer service and professionalism among the staff. The ambiance is casual and makes the store very nice to shop around in. The selection of food and beverage is always well organized at Publix. They have all the name brands that you need and then some. I wish there was a Publix in Indiana, because it would make my life a whole lot easier and I can save money on the BOGO deals. read more

I ordered a smash cake and 2 dozen cupcakes from Publix for my son's 6th birthday. I put the order in 6 days before the celebration. The young lady that I spoke with was attentive and detailed with notes. I asked for red, black and blue frosted cupcakes and a creative Spiderman themed smash cake. Publix Bakery understood the assignment AND gave me the price that I needed for a mama on a budget. They did such a wonderful job on the smash cake and the cupcakes and my son loved it. I highly recommend this location for your party needs. Please note that you may have to reserve 48 hours in advance for bakery orders. The grocery store itself its perfectly fine. The deli however... dont come here on your lunch break. Would not recommend unless you have 45 minutes to wait on one sub sandwich. Dont even order ahead because they never make them before you get there. The ladies that work the deli are the slowest moving human beings anyone could ever hire. Its hard to even naturally be that slow, they have to be intentionally moving at sloth speed. They also get an attitude when you ask them to heat up subs. Just a painful experience every time. I just left the store where there were literally lines going down the aisles while SEVEN - YES SEVEN - managers were standing at the front of the store in a circle doing nothing. The ONLY reason to shop at Publix is the service, because the prices are outrageous. If this isn't the worst store in the whole chain, I can't imagine what is. read more

Aweful. Just aweful! It would be nice to find a piblix deli where the workers are actually efficient! This publix is the worse. There are six people working in the deli and hardly a line. My sub order was supposed to be ready by 7pm and it's 7:30 and the guy just dropping tenders in the deep fryer. This is ridiculous. This is a nice location. Busy store but the lines were not too bad. I come here from time to time with my roommate when we visit his mother. I LOVE Publix and I usually shop here for meat and all of the BOGO's that they have. The restroom was clean. The store was clean. I did notice that they didn't have a lot of the BOGO items available, but it's Wednesday so I assumed that other shoppers had beat me to the good stuff! I probably won't go out of my way to come to this location, but if I am at my ex's house then I'll check this location out more often. My ex thinks Publix is too costly. But I am slowly bringing him out of that way of thinking. There are less crowds, less time spent in the store and they have wonderful BOGO deals, plus store coupons weekly. read more

I inquired about the Ken's dressing, "Chef's Reserve Italian with Garlic & Asiago Cheese" several times in the store. Each person was willing to help look for it, but we no longer were able to find it. I decided to email the store. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from Stephanie, manager the very next day. She was very nice and seemed willing to go the extra mile to see about getting it into the store. If not, I will order directly from the company. Minus shipping, it is more economical that way, minus the wait time. Even if they don't get the dressing, I really appreciate the fact that my concern was noticed. read more

The folks in the deli are very slow. And there are at least 5 associates behind the counter while only 1 is helping customers as the line builds up. Customers should come first. They act like they're cleaning when the customers ask for help. We shouldn't have to wait in line for over 20 mins to spend money read more

Been standing in line at the deli for 15 mins as one customer with one sub has been helped. Mind one young guy us walking around behind the counter complaining he needs to go on break because he ain't doing anything, another is slicing meats, and another is making fried chicken. This store is small so it didn't offer a self checkout option. This means that every time you go, they will offer to take your bags to your car. The problem is 1. there's a pandemic going on and 2. they are ridiculously aggressive about it. I didn't get my receipt because I was distracted because the bagger forcibly pulled my cart to escort me out. They do this even if you have only two bags. I interviewed with publix many years ago so I know their gimmick is making the customer happy. Sadly a lot of their staff is unprofessional so they don't know what good service is. It is not interrogating customers about the items they are buying. It is not standing close instead of social distancing. It is not asking an adult the same question multiple times and refusing the answer, forcibly taking the cart. Fortunately a couple items publix carries, I can get at Food Depot. read more

A stately, young, dark haired white lady assisted me at this Publix on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was looking for some thyme and sage around 3:25pm. She was returning stock to the shelves and I asked her to help me locate the herbs because there were so many, I couldn't find them. She inquired as to the brand I wanted and speedily found both herbs, at a price I could afford. Her customer service skills were excellent. Her expression never wavered when I asked for help. She seemed human enough, but I believe she was an angel. Thank you for having such a caring employee. I wish I had gotten her name. read more

Let me start by saying that I am a HUGE fan of Publix grocery stores. I've always been impressed by the total shopping experience from the customer service, fully stocked shelves, the great deli selections, and last but definitely not least, the Bakery. I am so very sad to report my dissatisfaction with the service and item I received on yesterday from the bakery. I placed an online order on Tuesday, September 24 for a birthday cake for my mom's 73rd birthday. I scheduled the pick-up for 11 am on her birthday September 26. In an effort to surprise my mom, my plan was to distract her for the period time I would need to pick up the cake and get it home and set up to surprise her when I brought her home. Unfortunately, when I arrived to the bakery, I was greeted by a young lady I was there to pick up a birthday cake. They seemed to have a problem locating the cake but then found it. She mentioned there were two Denise's picking up cakes. I distinctly gave her my first and last name so I couldn't understand that response. Next, when I looked at the cake, the floral arrangement was not as a I requested on my customization. I told the young lady it was not what I specified on the order. She apologized and offered to correct it which meant now I'm put behind on my plans. It took about 15 minutes or so to make the correction. She brought the cake out to me with adjustment and told me, "I think she ( meaning the person who originally decorated the cake) put the flowers on top rather than the side because she didn't think she would have enough room for the greeting . ". I didn't think she needed to justify the error. An apology for the error was sufficient. I've ordered cakes from Publix bakery In the past, even recently, and if there was a problem or any questions, they will email you to address the concern prior to your coming to pick up your item. I did not receive any communication prior to my arriving to pick up the cake. Fast forward to later. We sang Happy Birthday to my mom. When she went to cut the cake, it was like cutting through CEMENT!!! She even said so jokingly but I felt so bad. The buttercream icing was sooo THICK and compacted that it began to CRUMBLE off the sides as we cut through the cake!! It was sooooo EMBARRASSING!! Needless to say, this was not a good experience. When it comes to cleanliness and organization, this place is like a well-oiled military machine. Everything has a place and everything is in its place. My only complaint about this (and all Publix stores) is their high prices. I only buy things here that are on sale. They do have good prices on sale items, and I stock up when they do. The clientele here are very laid back. No one bothers you, and are very polite. One lady actually apologized for getting in my way when it was my fault for pulling out in front of her at the end of the aisle. I swear I didn't see the yield sign. . read more

How can you not love a Publix?! This store is always clean and organized. The produce is top quality. I rarely have to wait in a line to check out. The employees are very friendly. I admit, sometimes irritatingly so. Does EVERY employee I walk past have to offer assistance? Hmm...Am I really complaining about people being to nice? This is the worse store that I have ever encountered. Problem-solving and resolving issues from the management level is subpar. I will drive to Cobb County and get the service that I am deserving of. It's sad that the level of service varies from different country. read more

The main reason I shop Publix is for their baked breads. Lately they have been making products that are tasteless. Need to get some bakers that take pride in their job. read more
