Some of the stores had lines because so many people were out there, employees standing at the entrance and letting people come in as people left to avoid overcrowding! There are so many different stores with some of the popular name brand items. They have Starbucks out there if you want a pick me up while you shop, they even have alcoholic drink bars if you want to sit down and have some drinks! There are also independent vendors out there looking for your business as well. You can't go wrong with either option, pick one or choose both! I would definitely recommend this outlet!.

It's across the street. That's the newer side which also has an old navy, tommy bahama, and underarmour to name a few. It wasn't a big deal. After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.

We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

There were people who entered with their whole family. If you've shopped at Gucci, you know it's typically a person browsing and another person paying. It's your right to come in and peruse, do your oohs and ahhs and bask in the moment. But coming in droves and knowing you're running the sales associate ragged with no intent on buying is challenging. Crazy thing is there is a Ferragamo outlet nearby and the foot traffic there was better managed and done so in a way that didn't require the velvet rope and stanchions outside like you were hoping to get in a club. I came, I saw and I left. We'll see how my virtual experience works out. If you are in the market for prior season goods, and lower prices for Gucci merchandise, this location will work out for you.

I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.
