Apparently, the pharmacist on duty decided she knew what was "best" for me and took it upon herself to short my prescription instead of simply filling it correctly. Good to know my doctor's instructions are apparently just optional suggestions now. For context: people don't usually take medication because it's a fun hobby. Some of us actually depend on it to function and, you know, stay alive. So thank you for turning a routine prescription pickup into a stressful scavenger hunt where I had to go elsewhere just to get the medication prescribed to me in full. The professionalism and customer service were honestly shocking. Nothing says "we care" quite like acting dismissive toward someone whose health depends on their medication. At this point, I'd probably have an easier time shopping for a casket than refilling prescriptions here. Needless to say, you've lost a loyal customer. They call you, they check and make sure you want to fill them at the same time, they educate you on your medications and possible side effects and interactions. Plus, sometimes? A shortage may be occurring on a particular medication and they will warn you so you can look for it somewhere else until they can get it in. You can feel love here. I was done with "big box pharmacies.!" I was tired of standing in line for hours or sitting out in my car for 45-minutes at a time to just pickup my medications. I was tired of coming home and my medication count being off! This "beautiful and caring group of people walk the last mile with you." It is business the way pharmacies should be." The staff and pharmacists are absolutely amazing after several visits they were calling me by my name when I arrived, they notify me when they receive my script, it's always ready on time and they always have what we need in stock and even if they don't you won't wait long. I recently had some dental work done and was over by their office, I stopped in just to see if they would fill it before driving home, they had just received the prescription but told me to wait 10 minutes and filled it immediately. If you are tired of dealing with the big box pharmacies which are getting harder and harder to find and deal with, you MUST give them a try you won't be disappointed. Many times I've been here and there's only a single employee holding down the fort. Today I stopped in during my break to find they were closed for 30 minutes from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. However there were 3 people back there so was there really a reason to close instead of staggering their lunches? Oh well. It's better than nothing. I walked the store for a few minutes and came back and waited on the bench. Once they opened I was helped immediately and able to pick up my prescriptions and be on my way.

I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. I will say sometimes it takes quite a while to get your prescriptions, so be smart about what time you go. For instance, 5:00 is peak time and The line is always long. Although, I just saw their 1.6 star rating and realized; they obviously don't care. This is why cvs is constantly closing locations, because they have risen to the level of their own incompetence. I've dealt with these people for too long and will transfer my scripts to Walgreens. Hopefully they aren't run by incompetence.
