Publix in general is pretty darn amazing, but this Publix stepped up its game! The store is gorgeous, clean and organized! They have the AHHH-MAZING Publix subs (try the chicken tenders sub with Gouda cheese, delicious!!!), an awesome fine olive and cheese selection and an awesome granola/grain wall. The employees are all friendly and very helpful!! The one criticism I would give is to have people take numbers for the subs rather than just calling people up as they walk up. This is fine when there aren't a lot of people, but this is a heavily populated tourist location and usually it results in a mass of people just randomly ordered without any consideration of who was there first, who's next, etc. You can also order subs online and just come pick them up from a display area without the wait! I've done this twice and have had awesome experiences both times! read more

I love the Publix brand! My local Celebration branch, like every other Publix I've visited, is always clean and organized. From the team at the Seafood counter to Produce to Bakery, everyone is helpful, smiles and seems genuinely happy to be there. The young man at the Bakery knows what we like and always has a recommendation ready and a box in hand. Thank you, Publix teams. You're all great! read more

Shopping is usually not a pleasure at Publix for me due to their expensive pricepoint, however on my trip this time it was alright. Went to the deli counter just for lunch meet and I waited almost 5 min with no one else being helped, and no one asked asking to help me. Then a kind older gentleman came out of nowhere and came to my rescue. Dario was awesome and helped me make a complimentary meat selection with my cheese. The meat he chose was on sale, and then he gave me the extra slices that he accidentally cut without charging me. I'll look for him everytime! read more

Everything you need! Great wine & beer selection, pharmacy, separate liquor store. I find lots of great products here that most other grocers don't carry. read more

This publix is great. Overall I think publix is a superior grocery store to its competitors. This one in particular has a nice selection of items. The employees are always well dressed, professional, and friendly. I am asked every single time if I need help taking and loading my groceries into the car which is really nice. I don't take them up on it, but knowing they're there to help is really comforting. read more

I'm giving this Public three stars because the people that work there go above and beyond. They are super friendly and helpful. The prices at this store, however, are outrageous, even by Public standards. I guess its because its near a touristy area, but everything is marked up here. Parking can be a pain, too, not just because the lot isn't that big and the place can get super crowded but also because people don't seem to know how to drive in the lot. I guess that's not the store's fault, but still. This store is clean, nice, and has great employees. Don't go if you are on a budget or trying to save money. read more

These are practically on every corner in Florida. They have one of the best varieties of bakery/desert items that you can find in a large chain store. read more

I love Publix but this one is always under staffed for a Disneycentric store. The layout is really weird and the prices are slightly higher than nontourist stores. read more

Publix has the most amazing subs anyone could ever have the pleasure of eating. Try the chicken tenders sub!!! Fresh bread cooked by the bakery every morning and fresh chicken tenders made right in the deli! They have a full salad bar and a full Chinese food hot bar!! Try the lo mein it's fantastic! The bakery also has an amazing donut called an apple fritter that is phenomenal. The store also has some great but one get one free offers!!!! Check it out!! read more

I love the publix as a whole. The staff is super friendly and so are the managers. They alwuys help you find things. Unfortunately the deli needs work. Everytime I come there is a wait. Only two people working there while others are doing things like Filling pop corn. Things that can wait while the customers get served. I was dropped off once and when I got meat my dad left and came back and it was 20 min and I still didn't have everything. Also the ones that don't speak english it is hard to communicate with. There is one girl there that is always helpful i forget her name. Today I decided to call in an order to make it faster. They got the order completely wrong. I asked for roast beef they gave me ham. Seriously?? I was upset and I get the lady was laughing trying to make light of it but still. They almost always mess up orders and make you wait and you can't even call In an order without a mistake. This has been brought to the managers attention but obviously nothing done yet. The rest of publix is amazing. The deli needs WORK. read more

Deli is a disaster. Long wait, 6 customers waiting only one deli clerk. He asked for help and was ignored.

Publix is my favorite grocery store in Florida and this location continues to remind me of why that is: excellent selections, okay prices (you must watch for the 2 for deals or BOGO frees, and be willing to wait and stock up when they have them in order to combat the sometimes higher prices). Also, know what products are just higher at Publix and buy them elsewhere (ex: Kraft Mac and Cheese is always higher here than at others like Target). There is ample parking, staffing, open check out lanes... Flow of store is okay (weird forced right at the back of produce section, but they make it work). Participant in the Publix meal sample. All the things I love. read more

I love the Publix here in celebration and also love the BOGO deals when you can find them which save a lot of money =)

Touristy, touristy, touristy!!! Besides that it is very nice and clean but it is more unorganized than other Publix locations. Also, I have a major problem with the produce there. The pre sliced fruit selections are always swimming in liquid and the packaging is always leaky. Also, the onions are always rotting or out if their peels. I expect better. read more

Great grocery store, found everything I needed for the week stay. Friendly and helpful employees.

Very nice. Clean and nice deli and bakery. Lots of selections. Average and some good prices.

I've never had a bad experience at this Publix. One of the best grocery stores. Always remember to get a sub at the deli to go!

We are from California and I love this grocery store!! We have nothing like it back there. All we have is wal marts which suck!!! Friendly staff, great prices, great selection. Love it!! read more

Such a welcoming Publix! This locations is always attentive and willing to help. They are always fully stocked and always extremely busy but always fully staffed. read more

Have been watching Publix circulars and taking advantage of the $10 discount on gift and gas cards. This week, brought in all my newspaper coupons, spent $100 and got $100 in gas cards for $80, plus saved $25 in Publix specials and discounts...all in all, a very successful shopping day. They have a wonderful deli, soup, chinese and sandwich and bakery departments. My only complaint is their deli department is so busy, it takes an extraordinary amount of time to get order placed. Most times I order their meats and cheeses on line. read more

Hands down the slowest sub sandwich department of any publix in Orlando. I have yet to get a sub in less than 20 minutes.

Excellent selection. MUCH better cleaner place that the Goodings and other ghetto shops in the area.

Clean, friendly, great food to stock our rental for the week. The deli guys were great and try the Cuban hoagie...delish!

Always clean and stocked. Staff is very welcoming and ready and willing to help you! The only problem I have are the canollis. The shell is either stale or over OVER DONE or the filling is grainy and flavorless. I always try desserts cause back home that is def. On point. So, that is the only problem. read more

I have a complaint about Alicia in the deli section. She was very unprofessional. On December 23,2018 about 7:15pm, I waited in line in the hot food section for 20 minutes. There was no one working in the sub sandwich Section at that time. Once a young man stood in that section for about a minute, Alicia came from the back and asked if she could help him. Immediately, I left the hot food section and stood beside the young man. Simultaneously, a woman came and stood behind the young man. After serving the young man Alicia asked if she could help the woman. I interjected that I have been waiting over 30 minutes and Alicia said that the woman was next. I asked to speak to a manager and informed Alicia that she should have ask the question who is Next? She proceeded to walk around as though she was looking for a manager and came back with the statement that there was no manager around. Meanwhile, but she continued to service the woman who was absolutely silent , but knew that I was standing there before she arrived. In the meantime, a service lady finally came from the back and made two sandwiches for me. In summary, I would like to recommend more customer service training for employees to better serve these two food areas. Additionally, a system informing customers on how to expedite getting served(i.e. a number taking system or a sign differentiating hot food section vs. sub sandwich section). read more

what a great publix... not the biggest publix we have ever been in...but fun place.. lots of great products and options.. the staff is the best here...enthusiastic and fun to interact with... their wine expert (cant remember the name) gentleman in his 50's with a mustache is amazing...incredibly knowledgable and amazing recommendations... b/c of his help alone this is the only publix to go to... deli/fresh made food selections are great... like any other publix...you pay a little more...but it is worth every penny. definitely recommend it. read more

As a local, I wish this store was less flooded with tourists. It makes the general shopping experience, from parking to checkout, a living hell. However, this is the closest store to me and I would have to drive a lot farther from Celebration just to get groceries, so I often suck it up and end up shopping here anyway. The store in general is clean and well-stocked with lots of bogos and helpful employees. The store itself deserves 5-stars but unfortunately the experience tends to be ruined by a full parking lot, long lines (even with every lane open) and lots of confused tourists blocking isles. It's a shame. read more

best burrito off the floor of their parking lot!! the crackhead i shared it with was very friendly! didnt go inside but still had a great timme read more

It's usually good. What I don't like is half the time I go In there they are out of things I usually get. Like creamy Italian dressing for example (they said they stopped ordering it) and a certain home style bread I used to get. There is a few organic things they used to have all the time and stopped. Honestly I have been going to Avalon park publix since i work over there and been getting stuff this one doesn't have. The deli workers are very lazy and slow and are not great. They do other stuff while customers are waiting. read more

Better produce than Target by far and if you shop the BOGO and deals the price difference is managable. Don't anticipate any online deli orders being ready within even 30 minutes after the promised time as the system doesn't work and I've given up on it after 4 in a row late and not started until I asked. Sick of excuses - it wasn't like this when they introduced it so something is broken and not one of the 4 managers can or have the will to fix it! read more

Nice clean store. Staff is friendly. Everything is nicely organized at the right rack in the right aisle. I could get organic banana and apples during my few days stay in Celebration. The parking lot is huge and you would always get parking. They have a separate liquor store right next door to the main grocery store. I was looking for energy bars and they have a ton of organic ones near pharmacy. They lose one star for pricing which was on the higher side. Not sure if they have any loyalty card as that might help get the price down. Being from CA on a read more

I ordered a sub online to be picked up at 10:50. I showed up right on time, as I needed to so that I can be on time to work, and my sub was not ready. I stood around waiting for one of the 3 employees standing around doing nothing behind the deli to say something to me for a few minutes. Eventually, 5 minutes after my pick up time I asked about my sub. Turns out, they hadn't started it yet! So one of the two ladies not doing anything flag down James, who's also not doing anything. I tell James that I'm running late for work so if there's any way we could please make this quick that would be great. He rudely says, "I'm not going to go any faster." And proceeds to make my sub painfully slow. So now it's 15 minutes later and I'm late for work. Thanks Publix and thank you employees who obviously ignored my online order in favor of standing around doing nothing. Great way to start off the day! read more
