Lady at the front desk was super nice and I had a fantastic move in experience. Everything was simple and easy with nothing to worry about.

The staff here are FABULOUS. You couldn't ask for more helpful, responsive and professional folks. I have been at this location for more than 3-years and have downsized into several different units during that time. So, great place and people... And ... And, the company is horrible. Bait & switch at its most pervasive. Whatever your move-in price, be aware that they will increase it regularly and often dramatically. Up to 50% in less than 6-months!!! So just be aware/ beware that your negotiated price is an illusion. read more

Rent at your own risk! They have no real security, some of the units (bigger units) have a drop in the front which makes it very inconvenient if moving larger furniture in or out. They have been having constant break-ins of multiple units and no one seems to care or do anything about it. The police don't seem to think it's a big deal either. You have been warned. You are required to purchase insurance which only covers $5000 max and you have to show proof of ownership of your items so I would suggest that you take inventory of anything you place in storage and to also take pictures. For the price of the units, you would think they would have working cameras. read more

Built on a hillside, and my unit had about a 2 ft drop at the door. Made it pretty inconvenient to get large heavy items in and out. Not a bad facility though and I loved the App you can use to open the gate from inside the vehicle. The unit itself was just fine inside. read more

I saw an ad for public storage online. It boasted climate control, well lit, ground level units. They had a deal, half off the first months rent. I arrived and was driving a huge truck, however there were,no signs saying park on right, because there was no room. I pulled into the left side and sat their a few minutes, I have MS so I had to get someone to drive me to the other side. I met Chris, the only person working there. I was charged $31.50 rent, a mandatory insurance fee of $10.16, and administration fee of $22.00, or so it appeared. The storage details didn't match the payment info which was $68.50 storage fee, 15.00 insurance, and cylinder lock which cost $21.39, a total of $104.89!!! I moved. In on 08/11. My feature today was $41.66, next month it is $93, after that $108. My unit is not climate controlled, the lights don't work, the road between the units is narrow and is up and down, there is barely enough room for two large cars to pass, and they do not help you. You get all these bills and forced to buy insurance from them which is expensive, then a lock, they have nothing to help you move into your unit, no floats, no handtucks, no people. You cannot get into your unit after 9 pm, and security is lackluster. I'm moving out next month, just too much money for the space. And virtually no customer service. I'm very disappointed in the place and the process. Find someplace else, you will be better off. read more

I reserved a 10x10 unit online and received confirmation that my rental would be $47.00/monthly. After almost 2 hours of driving down to the facility, we were then advised that price was only for one particular unit that had 2 doors, required 2 locks and was extremely narrow. When the office person called the manager to discuss the situation she refused to honor the quoted price, wanting us to pay $20-$30 more. This then left us having to drive another 30 minutes away to a different storage facility and paying more money. Their business practices are very deceitful and lacking in putting customer satisfaction first. Not what I expected from Public Storage. Apparently they like to is bait & switch. Moved in Feb 2017, after 2 price hikes in less than 2 years I decided to move. I called the office at 4:54 pm to let them know my unit was emptied out and swept clean. Chris told me to just take my lock and wait for a corporate email. I get a call the next day, asking me did I move out. I told her that I called yesterday to let them know well before closing time, that I had moved. She then demanded, did I move out. I repeated myself. She then tells me Chris didn't tell her. Internal communication where she works isn't my issue, but she acted like it was my problem. I then finally get the corporate email, I have been waiting for. Only it says there could be additional charges. I call corporate, finally get the complaint number. Lady there says that they don't use call in's as notice the shed was vacated. Then Chris should have said to stop by the office, but he didn't. And it still didn't give the 2nd lady from the office a reason to be ugly to me and ignore what I was saying to her, because Chris didn't communicate what actions were needed. Which is what I was telling corporate when they hung up on me. Besides poor customer service, this location also has many cosmetic issues, peeling paint on doors, gutters falling off the roof on the last building. Even if that was corrected it is steeply uphill. So visiting after snow or ice is not possible for most people. read more
