I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

I recently bought a house and had to remove all the carpet, an old shed, and various other items…read morethat come along when you buy a house and want to change it up. In checking around with various container and clean-up services I found that Overflow Dumpsters had the best overall pricing. You can order online which is a very convenient option and it was easy to do, but I had some questions and called the office. After going over what I was going to be using the bin for the representative recommended a size. Just a note you can have the bin as long as you want (but they will charge extra - check the site for prices or call). I decided that a one-week bin rental would be enough and we had it dropped off, I filled it up and they came and picked it up from a call. I would recommend them if you need a bin with no hassles.

Brian came through in a pinch for our HOA Board in our community here in Clemmons. Our awful, awful…read moreproperty management company (Cedar Management Group) and property manager was alerted that the compactor that serves 84 homeowner units was broken on Dec. 21st. She went out on vacation and her "backup" was to be working on the issue with waste management. Their offices were to be closed from Dec 23rd through Dec 28th. On Dec 22nd at 4:30 pm the backup sent an email to our board that our compactor needed a part and would not be fixed until after the holiday. He made ZERO contingencies to put anything in place as a back up for residents to use for trash over the very long holiday weekend. I sprung into action on Dec 23rd trying to find a rolloff dumpster and Brian and his crew 100% came through for us and at a reasonable cost. He had a rolloff dumpster dispatched and brought out to us shortly after our conversation. Our community already had a lot of garbage piled up outside of our compactor on the ground and it was blustery cold that day! The driver did not have to help me and another board member place it into the bin that was delivered but he did just that. It spoke volumes of the commitment and integrity of Overflow and meant a lot to us. This shows that these folks take a lot of pride in their business and their customers.
