They did a fantastic job cleaning!! The owner, Joel needs to take some customer service classes, though. I paid a deposit, but right after their assigned time to be there, he starts blowing up my phone which I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Finally, he texted which I could take. He stated they wouldn't start work unless I went ahead and paid them because the job was more than expected. I thought this was highly unprofessional, but went ahead and paid. Throughout the process, he kept sending me pics and complaints. Again, very unprofessional! Then, they didn't take the trash. They left it piled on the front porch. Joel said cleaning doesn't mean hauling off trash. If you Google move out cleaning, trash removal is part of it. I put a maybe cause if you want a great clean, but don't mind unprofessional behavior and hauling off your own trash, you should definitely hire them because besides not wiping down the counters in the laundry room, I have zero complaints for the job they did. Took one star for the unprofessional behavior and one for the trash and laundry room. This is the text Joel sent me after seeing my review. Im blocking you again now. Deep clean- We felt very overwhelmed with what needed to be done to get our home back to "clean". We let things slide and eventually- became overwhelmed. To A Shine came in and got us back to more than normal. We have 3 cats- so lots of fur. We had put off deep cleaning- oven, baseboards, ceiling fans, windows etc..... they came in and relieved us of our anxiety. Now we feel we can focus on keeping it up. issue after issue regarding the cleaning service. was told we would get certain things and never received them (free deep cleaning item for monthly customer) unless we reminded the cleaners. Almost every time the cleaners left, there was minimal communication and we would find areas that weren't touched that were supposed to be included in the cleaning. dust on light fixtures, dining tables, glass cleaner not wiped off, etc.. this past month we were no showed and I messaged the owner & manager but was left on read.
