I have been using TCE for monthly cleaning services and I am very happy with their level of service and how clean my house is. They have been very easy to work with as well as very professional. They are easy to communicate with by either phone, text, email or their online portal. When I first contacted TCE I explained that I was interested in a regular cleaning schedule and I wasn't sure the frequency whether every 2 weeks or once a month was best. After asking a few questions about lifestyle, size of home, number of people living in the home and pets they suggested once a month to be sufficient. The first initial clean was a deep clean that was a little more expensive than the monthly cleaning, all of which was quoted before I had to commit. TCE did an amazing job. As a graduate student, I often do not have the time and energy to clean my apartment, so having TCE is a true blessing! Tanisha did a fantastic job. Not only was she right on time, but her professionalism was top-notch. I have a small pet who sheds a lot, so I needed someone who was willing and able to reach my specific needs. I never had a cleaning company come in but I decided I'd try this one out due to good reviews. I had a deep cleaning done and the girls who came did an okay job. They didn't clean my mirrors, vacuum the whole rug, clean the bathroom baseboards, left visible cob webs and left some little garbage on the floors. My house wasn't too dirty to begin with, but after they left I expected a sparkling clean and wasn't pleased for the money I paid. The owner offered to send someone the next day, but I already fixed the stuff that wasn't properly cleaned. I appreciated the offer, but In my opinion those things should of been taken care of the first time around since they were considered to be apart of what was included in a "deep" clean. Overall a friendly company willing to do good by their customers, but I wouldn't use this cleaning service again. read more

I hired True Clean Experience to deep clean our home prior to showings when listed for sale. I'm not normally one to complain, but I saw the high reviews and THOUGHT I'd be getting good service. As advertised, I thought I'd be getting a deep clean and wouldn't have to do any further cleaning myself. Not only was it not a "deep clean" but it wasn't even a basic clean with the stairs not vacuumed, the clear glass shower door not even wiped in any way, the tub not cleaned, spots still left on the tile floors, mildew left on the shower heads, dining room table and kitchen counters not wiped off, microwave not cleaned out. When they were informed of all the issues, along with sending them photos, they still expected me to pay $200 for "the time the girls were there" and the main excuse being that there were new girls doing the cleaning. Definitely wouldn't recommend based on what I got and the response of the owner. read more

I have not had my house professionally cleaned in decades so I had no idea where to turn when the approaching death of a family member made it imperative that my house was cleaned for expected visitors. I went online and was drawn to True Clean Experience because of their excellent ratings and being veteran-owned. Tanisha, the owner, graciously worked with me during this distressing time. We met on Friday and in spite of the fact that most of her employees were either already booked or had the day off on Monday, she managed to schedule Amber for me. Because of the time crunch, I had explained that I was willing to settle for a superficial clean. There was nothing superficial about the clean that Amber gave my house. I had forgotten that it could actually look that good and felt like I needed to take pictures of my tub in particular with its shining faucet and knobs. An extra bonus was the kindness that both women showed me, Tanisha's effort to make time for me and Amber's determination to do far more than expected to make my burden easier deserve five stars as much the clean house does.
