Review- Missing Property Hire with caution!…read more Service provided: completed within agreed upon timeframe. Issues: * Billing: Was initially told service would cost $210 for 2 hours when scheduling service. Was ultimately charged $315. Requested itemized receipt but was only provided standard receipt. * Missing property: My brand new $99 skincare product went missing after service while my other (cheaper) skincare products in the area were still present and organized. I notified management with documentation about the issue and requested reimbursement. I was told they will do an "investigation" first. Despite requesting updates I received no reply to my calls/emails for over a month. After further pressing the issue they emailed stating they will deny reimbursement because they can't prove my missing product was a "result of their cleaning". * When requesting a copy of the contract via email and phone all correspondence ceased with my emails rejected as being "blocked". I know what was in my home before the cleaning and what is no longer here. Based on the billing, missing property, and handling of my complaint, I would not hire this company again and currently filing a NC consumer complaint.

To be clear, our general contractor was top-notch, which is exactly what I was hoping for. But what took me by surprise was the huge role Joanna and her crew played. We hired WSCS at the recommendation of our contractor when it became clear we would need help moving everything out so that we could have our floors redone. Joanna organized that process and more, coming before the flooring work to prepare the house and move everything out, coming again just after the refinishing to remove the dirt and dust from every surface (including cleaning windows), again to move everything back into the house (again cleaning everything that was coming back in, such as furniture that my husband and I had been lax in dusting and adding "fuzzy feet" to all furniture legs to protect our new floors), and then one last time after our contractor did some final, final work. I would go out of my way to recommend WSCS to anyone looking for anything from regular house cleaning to full-blown disaster clean-up. In addition to the quality of the work, I will say that every single person on the team--movers, cleaners, organizers--seemed to take pride in their hard work. I had the strong impression that each person felt like a valued and respected employee (even those who were family members, ha!). Thank you, WSCS, for playing such an important role in the renovation of our home.
