I do not have enough words to say how amazing this team is. The space required a deep cleaning and the team was quite thorough in making sure all the spaces were covered. They respected our belongings our home and were so pleasant. Given how much work was required I felt their prices were reasonable. They were not the cheapest quote but after using them I feel like we got exactly what we paid for. They have turned us into repeat clients. read more

I paid a deposit, but right after their assigned time to be there, he starts blowing up my phone which I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Finally, he texted which I could take. He stated they wouldn't start work unless I went ahead and paid them because the job was more than expected. I thought this was highly unprofessional, but went ahead and paid. Throughout the process, he kept sending me pics and complaints. Again, very unprofessional! Then, they didn't take the trash. They left it piled on the front porch. Joel said cleaning doesn't mean hauling off trash. If you Google move out cleaning, trash removal is part of it. I put a maybe cause if you want a great clean, but don't mind unprofessional behavior and hauling off your own trash, you should definitely hire them because besides not wiping down the counters in the laundry room, I have zero complaints for the job they did. Took one star for the unprofessional behavior and one for the trash and laundry room. This is the text Joel sent me after seeing my review. Im blocking you again now. You know youre just a nasty lonely ugly person and it was not honest you are also a liar. You told what you wanted to tell. I will not waste one more second on such a pathetic sad person, life will take care of you And I will leave the same, and all over social media, video pictures and I know your name too. Issues: * Billing: Was initially told service would cost $210 for 2 hours when scheduling service. Was ultimately charged $315. Requested itemized receipt but was only provided standard receipt. * Missing property: My brand new $99 skincare product went missing after service while my other (cheaper) skincare products in the area were still present and organized. I notified management with documentation about the issue and requested reimbursement. I was told they will do an "investigation" first. Despite requesting updates I received no reply to my calls/emails for over a month. After further pressing the issue they emailed stating they will deny reimbursement because they can't prove my missing product was a "result of their cleaning". * When requesting a copy of the contract via email and phone all correspondence ceased with my emails rejected as being "blocked". I know what was in my home before the cleaning and what is no longer here. Based on the billing, missing property, and handling of my complaint, I would not hire this company again and currently filing a NC consumer complaint.

This company cleaned my house in October and today in November. Until today I would have given Matt…read moreand his team a high rating but unfortunately today I was treated very poorly by the owner Matt. They cleaned my house beautifully but apparently as a paying customer Matt has a problem with customers asking clarifying questions. Upon arrival this morning I informed Lisa that I did not want her to use water on my hardwood floors but just use Bona directly on the hardwood. Well as it turns out she said she forgot And immediately offered to dry the floor with their towels. It was totally fine and I was in no way mad that she forgot. It happens. Then when she asked me to check upstairs to make sure it was good I only noticed that the tv and stand were still dusty that they must have forgotten it. She or her partner did it no big deal. They were still cleaning downstairs so it would take nothing to just wipe what they missed because after all I'm paying for a service. When they asked me to do walk through of downstairs I said all looked well. I was in a meeting for work but looked quickly. So when I made my appointment for December I told the owner that they did a great job and that I was very pleased but noticed this time they didn't vacuum my couch like they did the first time when they cleaned in October. He said that it is only done during a deep clean of that room. I said ok thanks. No problem but thought that was standard. Apparently he did not like my reply because Then he sent me a text about 20 min later and said that the ladies told him that I was not pleased with how they cleaned and that since I was so unhappy that they would be declining any future services. I was floored. I then personally called and told him that if I were so unhappy I would have told him that I was happy and that I would not have tipped which I tipped very well. I told him to mail my check back to me and that I would be taking the extra good tip out and only paying for the service that was done. He says that they are the best in the business but in order to be the best you must exceed expectations in all areas and customer service is not something he excels at. In addition he believed his team who has clearly lied to him and never asked me the customer if I was pleased or not and never wanted to hear my side. Lisa came in running her mouth telling me that the ladies who cleaned for me in October no longer are with the company and that people are asking her all the time when will she go back to coordinating because they don't like how Matt does it. I as a customer should not be told any of this. It's highly unprofessional and she has told me many times they are short staffed. Now I can see why if he treats his employees like he did me which was unfair and unjust. Truly unbelievable. You will be better off hiring a company that is well rounded and can take feedback and doesn't mind questions from paying customers.
