My husband and I rented a unit with the intent of only having it for 3 months. Unfortunately, our…read morecontractor went under and we had to pick up all the pieces, which means we had our unit for nearly 4 years! We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Stay away, buyer beware. The app updated while I was trying to use the access feature, and a pop-up…read moreappeared offering 24 access appeared. There wasn't a way to get out of it, and they took $50 out of my account. I called and said I wasn't interested, and was told they don't do refunds. I was also told that they cancelled the access and I wouldn't be charged again. Well, guess what, another additonal $50 charge this month, and a "tough luck" from the property management. They can't cancel it, and I have to do it with the app. But, the site says "If you'd like to disable your access upgrade give us a call". I can't wait to empty the unit out, and never deal with these liars once and for all.

They pray on people not wanting to do the work to move out. But, it's business. If you have people willing to pay more, that's what it'll be.

Especially for my fellow Service members, if you are in need of a long term storage, look no further. After doing some research of storage units around the around, I chose this location and company because of the professionalism of the staff, their like-new storage units and building, and security. Also, the owners live in close proximity which would allow for emergencies to be handled immediately. Lastly, the professionalism of the staff is outstanding and I was even notified of a better deal prior to my signing for long-term storage, allowing me to save a lot of money, which shows that customer satisfaction is above financial gain.
