It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. Kim Anderson (manager) sold me the Choice Protection Plan, and talked it as a great safety net if your items sustain damage because it covers every type of damage. They require you to purchase a Lock - Disc 2 3/4(1) for the protection plan and Kim said the Damp Rid(1) would protect against any moisture in the air. Her customer service was good, but disappointed in the false representation of the choice protection plan. The company, American Claims Management, handles claims for All Storage Virdian. Fast forward, my claim is denied, by under "k. Any loss or damage to Tenant's stored goods for which the Owner is not liable under the law." The denial reason is not related to the cause (storage leaked water) and damage (water damage, rust) to my item (chair) and goes against section 1 and section 1 example, I have included the screenshot of the protection plan. The ACM adjuster, Dyan Walker stated to me condensation does not mean water (although condensation is defined as water droplets) and accused me of not sending the photos he requested, though they are clearly in our email thread. I am currently working with the BBB; this protection plan is a scam to get more $ out of customers just to deny claims when damage caused by the storage unit actually happens.

In just over four months on 2/29/24, I received notice that my rate would be increasing to $176.00 for April's payment. At this point I called and inquired on why it was being raised so quickly, in which case they did what was called a rent adjustment and left the rate at $131.00. By 7/3/24 (just over four months later) my rate increased to $176.00, and they said that there's nothing they can do about the increase. Then once again, four months later I received another notice on 11/26/24 that my rate would be increased to $223.00 and would take effect on 1/1/25. Outrageous! My previous storage facility was also climate controlled at U-Haul, and I stored my items there for six years. Within that six-year period, my storage rate only increased three times starting at $152.00 and ended at $168.00. At public storage within one year and two months, my storage rate increased twice almost doubling what I was paying when I first moved my belongings into Public Storage. On 12/27/24 I moved my belongings from Public Storage to a competitor that is also climate controlled. My rent at the competitor's climate storage is $152.00 a month for an even larger storage unit than what I had at Public Storage. You tried to get me Public Storage, better luck getting someone else with your excessive rate increases. And lastly, the temperature is not cool in your facility. It was always too warm, even during summer months.
