When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. That didn't feel like much of a thank-you for being a loyal customer for half a decade. Facility also rarely had the restrooms open almost any time I visited, even during office hours. Most facility's I looked at have restrooms available during all access hours. I ended up moving to a different storage facility that's not only brand new, but gave me the same size unit for even less than the cubesmart new-customer rate. Disappointing experience overall--CubeSmart doesn't seem to value long-term customers.

When I went up there she locked me out of the office. I sat in the car while trying to reach the corporate office. No luck you can't even talk to anyone. A little while later she is outside the car acting like she doesn't know who I am. I got out and went into the office and then she started showing her real colors. No refunds, I came there to put the lock back on the storage unit and wasn't allowed in. So she called the police and I waited. The police told me people had been sleeping in the hallways and for the longest time the gate was broken. They breached their contract for no security but let's go after the senior citizen after being ripped off for a scrappy storage establishment. Don't say I haven't warned you. Stay away!! Also,when they reply to me it is always a canned response, probably AI. Terry is very violent and aggressive.

While approaching the building I was cut off outside the facility by a white Nissan who cut me off to enter the facility parking lot first. I don't do rode rage so I let him pass me. We both get out our cars and he runs to the door, unlocks it and as I'm also approaching door he says you gonna have to give me minute.
