I say I'm not sure I paid $160 and she made a big stink about me needing to know what unit. I said I'm sure you didn't sell that many units for $160 which I joked about on the phone with Angela. So then I make a comment how this is going to waste even more time and she asked me what I said. I chose not to repeat it and kept quiet. She then says I am being disrespectful and will ban me. Thats wild so I take my phone and start recording. Asking what I said or did that was disrespectful. Neither of these ladies mentioned a single thing I said or did that was disrespectful. Not a single name called, No cuss word, No epithet, Slur or anything. They had silence when asked multiple times. Then I get kicked out only when I turned the camera towards Angela As soon as she seen the camera I was banned. No disrespect in the video and it is clear as day when I am banned and it was not for threatening her like she said Not for anything else but being recorded. So then she calls the cops and says the one girl says I am threatening her by filming them. So of course the police show up 3 cars deep and pull me over just to tell me I am not allowed to go there. I called March 31 to close my storage unit for April 1, I only had to pay like three dollar charge. And then when I got there after hours they put a lock on it already. I called them and they said they got it off and happily got everything out. A week later I got a email saying that I miss my charge and I have a late fee. I quickly call them and said it was error. this place is great but you gotta make sure to catch there mistake.

The customer service is awesome, friendly, helpful, accommodating, will work with you on late payments. I vacated today and there was mouse poop on my storage containers but again, that happens in all outdoor-access storage units. Moved to a unit closer to home, was going to go with Public Storage but their customer service is awful and they are very unprofessional and unorganized so I went to another Extra Space location in Lincoln Park, MI, and rented there. That location is great as well.
