Compass has a friendly staff who helped me find a unit that was perfect for organizing all of my holiday inventory. In a nutshell it was a lifesaver (and marriage saver). I used an inside unit which was well lit, clean and always accessible. It was nice to sort through my items, separate them by season, style, etc. and really ramped up my holiday sales. Here's the thing: buyers can't purchase what they don't know you have! If you can't find an item to post, they can't buy it. My suggestion is get organized. A storage space at Compass was the first step to higher sales for me, it can be for you to. Reasonable pricing and was worth it's weight in gold. They get away with this by putting fine print in the contract that says that the monthly rental price can go up based on market value. I'm not sure how the market value of these units continues to go up. This location is always in some sort of disrepair. I have visited my unit several times and the door to the building where my unit is located is nearly always broken and does not lock. Additionally, the property is always disgustingly dirty and usually has broken or unwanted items strewn about the property grounds. I moved out of my storage unit today and due to the elevator being out of service, had to return with additional people to assist in moving out of my second floor unit. Good luck ever getting somebody on the phone at this location as well. Total joke. This place should be closed down.

Per online, this was nearest Uhaul location that had my required hitch in stock. Others were weeks out. When I arrived for my appointment, they did not have the hitch in stock. Their inventory system indicated that they should have one in stock, but there was not one physically there. On the positive, they did call to a bunch of nearby stores to find the hitch. Several stores showed inventory in system but hitch was not physically there. Long story short, I'm 6 hours in and still waiting for the hitch to be installed. If you do use this location, I would highly suggest calling in advance to verify that the hitch for your car is physically there before coming to your appointment. That was my bad.

Don't want to let me on the property so I can remove the trash so they are trying to put it on my credit report then on my second storage, which is in daughter's dad name I was making payments on it he was not letting me in the storage. They turned around and oh we can't help you with that because it's in his name but one of their coworkers stole my watch out of my car while my two daughters was on the property while I was trying to get stuff out of same storage name and was putting stuff in there. However, the co-Work was fired and all the store manager offered was the $25 off of my storage unit one time did he say oh well we're gonna wave this don't have to pay an apologize they just you know this is a scam just end it for the talk to no one at the corporate store. You only can deal with the store and the managers says they're on the property I should've picked up on the red flags when I first went and purchased a storage unit and it was another customer in their fussing about how they was just time you around they're going up every month and I still gave them business after the coworker stole my watch. It doesn't matter that he gave it back. It's the principal I was a a loyal customer. I give them business and they to charge me for trash instead of let me take it off of the property like I said it was raining. They did not contact me same day when it was aware of the trash there they contacted me days later. I never phone call from them so whatever you do do not use this company because it is terrible.

I was going to my storage and realized my key wasn't working on my lock. Without being contacted…read morethey cut my lock off and replaced it. I was getting contacted when a payment was due but not to get notified that my initial lock was "on incorrectly" so they had to cut it off and replace it. I was locked out of my storage for almost 2 weeks because my work hours went longer than their office hours. When asked why I wasn't contacted they said they didn't have the correct number for me. But still I was contacted with no problem when the bill was due.
